Large, extremely clean room which looked to be recently renovated. Plenty of room for three adults. Refrigerator was cold on check-in. Plenty of hot water and decent shower pressure. Property very clean, set back from street and very quiet at night. Plenty of complimentary parking. Fast WiFi. Would stay again when visiting the area.

Didn't care much for the provided soap so if you are picky you might want to bring your own. Plenty of pillows but somewhat hard. Mattresses could use a replacement as ours had noticeable dips in them but we still slept ok.

The room was very roomy with a table and chairs and a very comfortable chair. We had everything we needed, including a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay!

Personally, we found the beds to be a little too firm for our comfort. But the bedding and pillows were fine! I also felt like the price was fairly high for a motel. Not sure if it was an inflated rate ($262 for one night) because of their wine festival? But we were in town for a wedding, not the festival.

The room is quite spacious and extremely clean. The shower/tub was so clean it looked brand new. The beds are comfy and the room looked extremely tidy. The staff at check-in were very thorough and kind. And upon check out, I asked the manager if we could leave a car (we had 2) behind so that we could take just one car for the day to San Luis Obispo and the manager was quick to allow this request without hesitation. This made our stay even more worth while. I was surprised by all this hotel had to offer AND it's very convenient location. I will definitely be coming back for future visits. Thank you.

Large clean room. Plenty of parking. Management let us check in early. Quiet. Comfortable bed.

The outside temperature was 100 degrees and the water pipes were above ground so on my initial use I had to run the cold water for 10 minutes to finally get cold water. As more people checked in later in the day and everyone started using water, things got back to normal.

My room was clean and comfortable. No complaints. Location was within walking distance of downtown. All in all a pleasant stay.

Hotel prices in Paso Robles have gotten ridiculous. This is a nice pleasant hotel, but $500 for two nights just doesn't seem like a "Budget Inn" price. The value was okay, but sadly similar to other locations in Paso Robles.

The room was VERY clean, check-in was easy, and the location was great! We appreciated the proximity to downtown Paso, Tin City, and the vineyards in the countryside. Having all of this at ~$50 per person for a two bed room was great.

The stay exceeded my expectations. No complaints.

Great value, clean large room with fridge and microwave! I was impressed with the value. I came to Paso Robles for business and was only at the Inn for the evening and it was perfect. I normally stay at 4 star hotels but since I was only sleeping in the room, Budget was perfect!! Friendly staff too...

For a budget level motel, I was very impressed. The property was clean and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. No issues or problems of any kind. I stayed two nights. I was very surprised to find my room had been cleaned and restocked with fresh towels. I've stayed in mid to higher level hotels that do not clean the rooms everyday. I will definitely return when visiting Paso Robles and I highly recommend this motel.

The staff was extremely accommodating. There was an issue in our room that I noticed and they addressed it immediately. They offered to switch us rooms but, since they were able to fix the problem immediately we opted to stay in our existing room.

The hotel is just north of small stadium. We noticed that during the day you could hear the crown cheering & the announcer was really loud. We weren't in the room very long during the day so it really wasn't an issue for us. Just something we noticed. This was also a weekend. Probably a football event.

Extremely friendly staff. The property was nice on the outside and just as clean on the inside.

Not much to say here except one of the queen beds in our room was a little caved in but we managed and made the best nights sleep out of it. :)
