Ben was very helpful in making sure we got the five rooms requested: booking.com did not follow through to make the reservations that we had fully paid for over a month in advance. We had a printed copy of the receipt to show that they were paid for. So Ben assured us that we would get the rooms requested and they would make sure they got paid by booking.com. Booking.com screwed things up twice in making arrangements for us: they canceled reservations we had made a week earlier because they said "the credit card was invalid" but it was the same card we used for booking the shuttle bus that got us from the air port to the hotel. Go figure. I will not ever use booking.com again.

Booking.com could have done their job and made the booking that was paid for instead of making us wonder: will their be any rooms? The first hotel they canceled the booking for was full when we tried to rebook, so we ended up in a cheaper hotel: Super 8 instead of Day's Inn. That was a disappointment.

Mostly everything went great honestly. I was actually surprised how good the value for my money was since i was expecting something much worse due to the stupid reviews other people left. I was pretty happy overall.

The location is certainly not nice on terms of the surroundings and there's no way to not smell the smoke coming from other rooms and the parking lot. The breakfast wasn't very good either but it's descent for the money.

the room was so amazing, we got a king size bed and we had the best sleep of our lives. the room was cleaned every day and it was amazing. the room did have like a "stuffy" feeling to it when we would come back from being out all day, but if we opened the windows, that went away quickly

the wifi was so slow honestly and most of the time it would disconnect

Amazing room, very cosy, clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised and the breakfast was also very nice and tasteful.

The only negative thing is that the place is close to a homeless shelter (according to our Uber-driver). We didn't experience anything negative, but were advised not to walk to the old city by our selves, but instead take a cab. The cab was very cheap, so that was nice.

Conveniently located, and clean.

We checked in late and the key didn't work, it was freezing outside and we were on the opposite side of the lobby. After a few tries, we ended having to go back and get a key to a different room. We were told this had been happening with the keys lately. Other than that, everything else was fine.

I did not expect a nice room considering the hotel look old from the outside. There we're no traces of pet smells. The furnishings and the rooms were fairly new.

Maybe a little more water pressure from the shower. The shampoo container was empty.

The rooms were clean and spacious.

We had problems with the light flickering all night even though we turned it off. Fortunately, this got fixed by the staff the next day.

A massive improvement over the Motel 6 it replaced. Staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and well-decorated. It all felt very safe. I will be visiting again!
