Sheraton La Jolla

We particularly enjoyed the garden area, looking down from above, and walking through. It was easy to get to other locations from this hotel.

- when I checked in, nobody told me about the elevators or that there were luggage racks available - we are both in our 70s and somewhat capable, but it was tough lugging up our luggage - other than that miss, the front staff were always friendly and courteous. - bed too soft for my husband -I guess for the price I would have preferred to also have a porch area so that I could sit outside and look down

We stayed in a Club room. It had its own patio and garden, opening directly into the car park and pet space. The room was clean. Check in was friendly and painless. The Cub lounge serves free breakfast, snacks, and beverages through the day. Not great stuff, but service is friendly and responsive. The fitness center and pool are nice and well-equipped.

Our bathroom door could not be latched from the inside. Room 905, please fix it. Quality of snacks in the Club lounge needs to be taken up a notch. Just because it's included in the price of the room does not mean we're not going to judge it.

Staff was sunny, helpful, accommodating. Loved the room service delivery persons. Super polite, kind, and one was even funny in a way that made my day.

Wish the room service menu had been more vegetarian friendly — literally no veggie entrees. However, I’ve stayed at that location before, and the kitchen has always worked with me to make something nice to eat.

The weather!!!! The room was inviting and comfortable. I loved the bed, the two chairs and desk. Microwave and refrigerator were a real plus. The amenities were great! I loved my stay!

I am handicapped and some of the walkways were broken up near the vending machines. Hard to get from my room to the office. The Bellman was late when I was leaving to catch my plane so I had to move my luggage although handicapped. Could you get some Diet Mountain Dew in Vending Machines? Or Diet Coke?

The location was amazing.. very close to a lot of shops and restaurants including t-mobile and bank of America which we needed. It was also close to UCSD where we needed to be. The pond and lovely view of the room was a plus The breakfast was good but if you are staying for long I would recommend not taking breakfast as it gets boring after a while

Didn't like the parking rate which was a bit high.

Great hotel, only thing they double charged my card for the food at the hotel. My first night I used my credit card to ring my check then they charged my room as well. Please reverse the $70.50 from my bill .

Everything was great. When we first drove up we thought the outside was pretty. All the trees and plants and lighting. When we checked in staff was super nice. They offered room cleaning service but we declined because we were ok cleaning up after ourselves. The rooms were clean and comfy. I had brought our own shampoo and conditioner but ended up using theirs instead. It smelled so good. We had a nice view of the koi pond and pool area. Everything was great.

The room was spacious, very clean, had all the facilities and everything one needs. The pool and hot tub are also a very nice addition.

When they say parking is included, it means you have to pay 25 dollars/night. You can also find street parking near the hotel, but parking within the premises is not free.

staff was great, rooms very comfortable

way too cold in conference rooms. AC was blasting and there was a slow change in temp…not staying at the temperature set. one sink not working in the conference bathroom and attendees said it wasn’t working in nov when they were there.

Nice hotel with beautiful garden, pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. Nice room with comfy beds, great WiFi for work video meetings. I5 pretty loud unfortunately.

The price for parking too high $25 a day, should be included in stay.
