Great location, with elevated city views. We lioved the comfortable and quality sheets, swimming pool and felt very safe

Limited options for hot drinks in room, no Milk only disgusting powders - no complimentary biscuit or chocolates. The hotel and San Francisco as a whole was very expensive

I had a corner king city view on the north west corner on the 20th floor the view was absolutely amazing, you can see the bay and a lot of the city. There is a trolley right on the north side of building you can jump on to take you all over the city. The location was perfect pretty much walking distance to everything if you don't mind getting your steps in and the pool was heated. We swam on a cold November day. I would most likely stay again.

That you have to pay to park in their non valet parking garage. I didn't like for the price I paid the room was very small, one small little closet , no microwave in my room. The staff wasn't to friendly, only one older Gentleman at front bell desk who was super helpful by name of Michael he provided us with a lot of info. Other than that not to bad at all.

The room was very nice and the beds were comfy. The check in and check out were quick and easy. The staff were friendly and informative.

It would be nice if parking was cheaper.

The room was comfortable and quiet as we were at the corner. The bathroom was very clean. The area around the hotel was quiet and had a couple of food options around which made it convenient. Felt safe staying here.

The room was very dusty. I had to clean every surface in order to be comfortable

The view from the room was brilliant! Room was also nice. The AC was an old fashioned one which was quite noisy.

We were a family of 4 in a room. We booked breakfast. When we arrived at the hote,l we were informed that only 2 guest qualify for the breakfast vouchers of 25 USD each. A cooked breakfast costs 23 USD. Meaning we had to spend a further 150 USD for our 3 day stay. With this in mind we could have probably booked some other hotel. To say that we should read the "small print" when you book a room with breakfast is near to con! Also you have to que for at least 15 minutes to order the breakfast on busy mornings.

Excellent location for us - half way between Union Square and Fisherman's Wharf. We love walking and don't mind the hills, so the location allowed to walk 20mins one direction towards Union Square and Chinatown or 30mins in the opposite direction to Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. We even managed to come across Japantown which we wouldn't have bothered to visit if we had stayed closer to the water.

The hotel is a bit dated and the minibar kept gurgling and was very loud. Also a little too cold indoors despite it being cold outside as well.

Good location overall. Views from the room were good and the parking onsite was good to have with elevators with security for requiring keys for operating. Beds were decent.

Parking cost were bit on higher side for overnight parking for the hotel guests. It was also bit confusing as the on phone hotel support staff told us height restrictions being 5 feet 6 inch and our minivan with height of 5 feet 8 inch would not be allowed. We just took the chance and drove to hotel where the parking staff said height restrictions and clearance was 5 feet 10 inches and our minivan was fine. Had we gone by what the phone operator told us we would have to go look out for other parking garages and then worry for making other arrangements to reach hotel from there.

The room was clean, tastefully decorated and newly furnished. It was large enough to make it comfortable to move around and the high ceiling added to the spacious feeling. The bed was a very comfortable king size. There was plenty of hot water for a long hot, soaking bath. The restaurant had excellent food that was reasonably priced and the portions were generous. All of the staff were friendly, courteous and very, very helpful. We asked for a microwave to be brought up and it was delivered in less than 10 minutes. There are just too many things that we liked to mention them all.

There was absolutely nothing that I could find wanting.
