Amazing location there was alot to do and see within walking distance. I loved the art and happy hour in the lobby. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

there was a faint musty smell in our room and the hallway just smelled like old (grandma house smell).

The Triton is very cute and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect!

The location is amazing! Right across from China town and easily accessible to public transit. Also cool happy hour and continental breakfast. The rooms were very small but since I’m only going to sleep there I didn’t mind. The staff were very accommodating, it felt like you were staying at an Bread and Breakfast rather than a hotel. I also appreciated that they had a filtered water dispenser so I didn’t have to buy overpriced bottles of water. Great bathroom products too. Will definitely stay there again!

Great service staff! Very helpful overall and attended to our needs. Loved the amenities such as happy hour and the location of the hotel is great. Very clean and nice inside the hotel space. Felt very welcoming and comforting.

The initial room we were in had the shower lever broken for some reason but the good thing is the person at the front helped us with a new room so great service at that hour of the day (since it was at night).

The hotel is in a great location - just far enough out of Union Square to avoid noise but still close enough to get everywhere. The room was very spacious and theres a great cold water refill station on every floor - such a great idea!!

The hotel does a complimentary coffee and breakfast every morning. From what I saw there was a great selection but I'd rather have coffee making facilities in my room...but thats just a personal preference.

Gorgeous property in the centre of San Fransisco. The hotel was right next to Chinatown, and couldn’t have been in a better location. Comfy, large sized bed and tidy room. The happy hour in the lobby was a nice addition and the staff were helpful and professional.

Room was quite basic for the price - but the price is what you pay for staying so central. Basic hotel amenities for the price too. Room was small which didn’t bother us as we were there for one night, but if we were there for longer I would consider staying elsewhere.

Great location close to a lot of cafes, restaurants and shopping centers. The closest parking garage was one of the cheapest options available as well so that was a plus. They have filtered water on the 6th floor to fill up your own water bottles. Our room was very clean and we didn’t hear any noises/neighbors.

The bathroom in our room was very small. The shower door does not extend out fully so a lot of backsplash from the shower gets on the floor and makes the floors very slippery and wet.

We were incredibly grateful to get a free room upgrade when we stayed, on account of it being our honeymoon. Staff were friendly and attentive and the room was lovely. There was a free happy hour in reception with a selection of local wines and beers available free of charge, which was a nice touch. Very close proximity for China Town and Union Square, walkable to North Beach, Embarcadero, Oracle Park. Close link to the cable car too. Great location.

A light breakfast would have been a nice option, but there are so many places nearby it didn't really matter and meant we got to see more of SF!

Oh goodness. where to start. The lobby is exquisite. Comfortable, yet elevated. The rooms were nicely decorated, and very comfortable. A little stuffy but that’s to be expected at an older building. What made the whole experience even better was the customer service. Oh my goodness what a crew! they took the time to get to know me, knew my name. Even handled a card error, what could be a terribly embarrassing situation, with grace without ever making me feel bad. I’ve traveled the world, but the staff at Hotel Triton is top of the pack!!

This hotel's location is perfect. Very easy to access to most of the popular spots in San Francisco. The parking is not free but the public parking near the hotel (about 300m or less) is relatively cheaper to other parking lot(42$ max per day). Room interior was also nice for my taste. And the hotel has happy hour from 4pm to 6pm everyday in those hours you can enjoy free beers, wine and cocktails!

The room is a bit small to stay inside the room and take a rest.
