Motel 6-Santa Ana, CA

Alex they front desk agent was extremely polite, very helpful and professional. I believe he is more than capable of running one of your properties in the near future! Another employee Yasmin, was very helpful as well and willing to resolve and offered a solution right away. Just like Alex,Yasmin is a big asset to your Organization. Their pride towards their work is refreshing.

Customer service is not consistent. Although Alex and Yasmin are impeccable. Other Front Desk employees are not in tuned to what "Customer service" is all about.

the staff were responsive the room was of a good size and had a fresh bright paint adding to the room appeal, it also got lots of sunlight overall was pleasant

the first room had roach issue, also could not close the bathroom door as the latch hole and the tongue were misaligned, the mattress was overly soft in both rooms, in the first room the sink did not drain properly, in the second room the toilet did room drain properly, in the 2nd room although nice and roomy poor design did not offer space to properly store belongings, no jacks to connect phone chargers, swimming pool was not available,

I liked the manager cassey hubbard greatly, she is joyful, helpful, courteous. She helped me with my little needs to help make my stay appealing, comfortable and she gave me a good weekly rate so i stayed two weeks!

My two weeks of weekly rate and room did not have a small fridge, microwave, so i had to buy my own and bring to the room. I cant survive eating 3 meals a day at restaurants. I needed fridge to keep fresh fruit. Please consider keeping the weekly rate but include frifge / microwave as well free of charge.

I wish they would have served some kind of breakfast. The coffee was decent!

It would have been nice to have a Microwave or some sort of toaster in the room, and maybe two chairs and a small table, to eat at. I didn't care much for the Cops banging on the door of our neighbor, below our room, for about an hour in the middle of the night!

Upon arriving the grounds were clean and quiet. Receptionist was welcoming and the room was clean and a nice size. I would recommend this place for individuals who just need a place to escape for relaxation and rest. A Kelly

Water pressure in shower.

Comfortable and clean for the money. Quiet even though near freeway. Remodeling made it seem fresh.

The stairwells need power washing as do the hallways. Not as clean as the rooms, but they are still in the construction phase.

Cleanliness. Staff Friendly.

The staff was very nice. The price was great and it was only one and a half miles from downtown Santa Ana. I will definitely stay there again.

Jasmin at the Front desk was very helpful. She always asks and makes sure we have everything we need.

The friendly reps the manager cool the guy sorry never got ur name was also very helpful 😀 thank u all for a wonderful stay I was going through a rough month thank u all God bless.
