We always stay here, good breakfast/ nice rooms etc etc

I disliked how they “don’t allow breakfast to go outside of the eating breakfast area”, when I asked they said it was bc the rooms were messy (couches/floors), which makes sense. BUT they have fridge/microwave, people will obviously bring food into rooms no matter what, so I don’t understand the difference of taking breakfast foods and eating them in comfort (pjs etc) vs HAVING to get breakfast there and stay there until finished. (As a mom of 2 crying children this was annoying bc they watch tv while I eat / I can have them get ready while I eat).

Cleanliness. Location. Serene & quiet premises.

There was no real continental breakfast option. Just 2 kinds of pre-packaged sugary pastries and coffee. Not even fresh fruits available. Other hotels in the area have started full breakfasts now.

The rooms are amazing here, all super spacious and not cramped at all. I also love that they have free breakfast. This hotel is very nice and small so there is no fear of not finding your room or where to go for all the facilities. The location is also a great perk to this hotel as it is near the freeway.

The only con that I can think of for this hotel is that the TV's, they are set to a timer to turn off and there is no way to turn off that feature. Also when prompted that if you are still watching it would not let click the ''okay'' on screen so the tv would not turn off. Kind of annoying but it is okay to deal with.

Breakfast was great, the lady that works there made sure there was plenty for everybody, the room was nice spacious and comfortable beds, and the area is exceptional food places close by as well as attractions and beaches

The people who stayed need to learned to respect the property and respect other guests as well they need to teach their kids to respect property and others people loud at the pool, not taking in consideration there are other guesses not just them, kids nocking at other guesses doors

Loved breakfast & room accessibility. Loved that they accommodated us for the TV not working. Staff exceptional & went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Loved the little snack store. Loved that the hotel is pet friendly.

TV didn't work in our room. Hot tub had dirt piled at bottom of it. No towels after our swim ended. Didn't like the toilet paper holder was too far from the toilet. Since it is pet friendly, they're were fleas in the room.

It was a nice place to stay. The bed was really big and comfortable, bathroom was clean and water pressure was great. the lighting was very dark but I didn’t have any problems with it. it was nice that breakfast was included because it was our first night stay after arriving in the us.

People who are not staying at the hotel having breakfast. it was so easy for them to come in and there are no extra security so they can probably come up to rooms if they wanted to.

The location to the Airport, the Shuttle that got us there on time in the morning and the friendliness of most of the staff.

The unprofessional attitude of the front desk person at our arrival when I inquired about the time the Shuttle started which was about the time we were supposed to board. She didn't seem interested in our dilemma so we went to our room. I went back later and the lady there at this time told me not to worry the Shuttle personnel would be available when we were leaving.

Room was clean and fresh smelling, bed very comfortable, it was nice to take a shower and not be standing in water. Breakfast was very good and hot. Parking was ample.

Maybe you could make parking spaces based on car sizes. When I checked out on Sunday 6/18, l noticed my fender was damaged. I wasn't able to stay longer.

The staff was very nice, the room was large and comfortable. It was fairly close to everything. Breakfast was really nice, it was actually more than I expected.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, not like super dirty just looked like stains. The front desk was very sweet but she didn’t direct us to our room correctly which led to use wandering around- it was literally the opposite of where she told us. But she was very busy and alone, so she was probably just overwhelmed.

I liked everything except that when I had left & I returned someone had went in & used the restroom bc the lid was up & pee in the toilet. It scared me bc I was alone.
