Everything was perfect. I was impressed and the staff were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and great view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable and I wish I knew where to buy those pillows!!!! So soft and cozy.

The only thing I would've liked is to start or offer the breakfast a lil earlier, like at 5am. I had to leave around 5:30am. However, I'm sure they would've made a special accommodation if I asked, but I didn't ask. Otherwise, everything is perfect here.

I like how all the rooms were like being indoors and the free breakfast also the room was huge also my son loved it because it was like he had his own room for a few days in the living room. The staff was very friendly from the time I checked in til we left 3 days later this includes the breakfast staff. I could not have asked to stay in a better hotel.

The bed was the only downside because it was too hard but we managed.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Parking was easy and free. We were allowed to check in to our room WAY early (11:00am) which was very helpful. Staff were great. All around, I can recommend this hotel.

There were no negatives from our stay.

We stay here every year when we go to the sand sport show! We love the breakfast and the dinner munchies!!!!! It's a big savings on our pocket book and the restaurant also!!! It's nice to have everything in one spot with no hassle!!!!

It was very clean

I choose the room near an ice machine, but no ice . I was told by house keeping to go to the next floor and no ice. 3 floor searching for ice. No ice. I also asked for extra towels and they never brought it up. Parking for guest should be free.

I love that the bed if comfortable and plenty of space with the little living room .

The elevators were not working properly . The elevator would stop on floors that were not selected . I understood that it was busy with the breakfast rush but at one point I was in one elevator and it stop and jolted back up .

Staff argued with me about my deposit for $50 explaining to them I need to unlock my card to receive the funds I told them if my card was not unlocked I would not receive the funds and they would be kept by the hotel they argued and said I need to talk to my bank

Breakfast and drinks at night are amazing. Above and beyond. Some of the housekeepers are so sweet. Some hate their job. Some of the front desk employees are so kind and amazing others make you feel unwanted.

Loved the omelet station for breakfast. We always try to make sure we stay in places that offer breakfast so my daughter can get a hearty meal before tournaments. The separated bedroom and living room, my daughter had a space to do some homework as well as lots of room to get some practice in for her karate tournament.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was really small.

The breakfast was very extensive without having to pay a separate fee. Made to order omelette was available. I like the option of opening the sliding door for fresh air. The separation of front suite with sofa, another TV, and fridge/coffee pot area from the bathroom is a nice touch.
