The hotel was great , be sure to lock up your car though! Because the area is a whole block of hotels and right off the free way my passenger window was bashed in front and back windows trying to break into the car

We stayed 5 nights . Room was never cleaned or bed made. I’m assuming that may be a new policy due to Covid . However , if we had not asked for new towels and more toilet paper , I’m certain we would never have received those items . Lastly , although the complimentary breakfast was good , there was no variety and it became boring . After four mornings of the same pancakes , scrambled eggs , sausage and potatoes , we didn’t even use our 5th morning tickets . Self serve waffle-maker , muffins , toast , pastry , and cereals would put the breakfast experience on par with other complimentary breakfasts I have had at other hotels . I wouldn’t even mind pay a nominal fee . Probably wouldn’t be speaking negatively of the breakfast if I had stayed only one or two nights .

Maylee and Ceasar are hands down THE BEST EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE oh and the pleasant lady who does breakfast with a smile. The only very disappointing thing upon my last stay was the sudden hours on the use of the pool and hot tub AND the amount of children passing in the hot tub. I'm just saying. For somebody like me who has bad back problems the use of the hot tub is EVERYTHING to me but last 3 stays I could not use due to an excessive amount of kids in it until late at night. When it was finally empty I went down at 11pm to use it and of course as my luck would have it it was no longer available to use past 11pm. And the price of your in room jacuzzi suite is obscured compared to other hotels so I was sol and now seeking other hotels with I'm room hot tubs. I was your #1 biggest fan and stayed MORE THAN ENOUGH NIGHTS to have earned a free night at the very least. Outside of that little disappointment. I love the actual rooms themselves with balcony. Everything one could need and more. Clean always. Comfortable. And Maylee and Ceasar make me feel like I'm their family. Thank you both so much for that.

Price of jacuzzi suite and limited pool hours full of kids in hot tub with no chance to get in and relax

We had a nice clean room close to the elevator. The staff provided anything we asked for. I was excited to see a microwave in our room it definitely was a nice touch for when we got back to our room late and wanted a snack.

We have stayed there previous to Covid and the breakfast compared to them could use improvement. There was only orange juice no water or milk. Not very many options that weren't a cooked breakfast. There were no individual bowls of cereal or any other snacks that could've been individually wrapped.

The hotel property was beautiful in the courtyard. the sheets smelled of bleach, putting me at ease. The room was mostly clean (see below). I appreciated fridge and safe.

I roomed with a friend for a conference. with the sink outside the bathroom, it was impossible to get ready without waking the other person up. The room telephone was gross. that hadn’t been wiped in a while. also, behind the curtains wasn’t that clean. The room itself had an “old hotel” musky smell when I entered. Breakfast as a vegan would have been great of oatmeal without milk or plain bagels with peanut butter had been an option.

I needed a place close to SNA airport and this was a nice place for a good price. The room is very nice with a little living area with a half wall between it and the beds. Pillows are a little full, but I slept well. Was able to use the free shuttle the first time I stayed there.

The only thing I didn't like was the main lobby was locked after a certain time so I wasn't able to go in before 7 am to check out without calling someone. The second time I stayed, the free shuttle didn't run before 7 am so we had to get an Uber.

The room was clean and spacious. The general upkeep of the rooms and property was excellent. It didn't have the dingy feel of a lot of the hotels of the same price range in the area. It was nice to have the little kitchenette with a huge microwave! Breakfast was excellent and fast--scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns and pancakes. Very quiet property.

The parking lot was a little tight to get into for a large vehicle, and the huge dip that takes out little cars! Kitchen staff did not speak/understand English well. Some signs for guests to point to may help decrease the frustrated repeats of the order. Or pictures with Spanish words for guests to learn.

Hot tub in our room was beyond cleaned! Room was beautiful and so large! Loved the bedding! It was super soft and comfy! The AC worked extremely well, and chilled the whole room. The room looked like it was a whole apartment! We stayed here for our wedding night.

Staff was not there to greet us upon arrival, took about 15 mins. We assumed they were on break and thats normal! I have one massive complaint: the shower!!! So if you have a shower facing the wall. Make sure that you can have the blinds fully closed. No matter how hard i tugged you could still see in from the outside and it didn't give me the grandest of feelings.

I loved the roses and the hotel was very clean the hot tub was great staff was friendly the grounds were maintained well

some different options for breakfast was repetitive , information on sight seeing would have been great just some pamphlets , a few more items to offer in the little store ie chocolate bars , the chairs at the pool area are very old and should be replaced

I love staying at this hotel it’s my favorite!

We were on the second floor and the neighbors upstairs were noisy but overall it was a good experience
