Best Western Plus Orange County Airport North

The staff were friendly, and for the most part, our room was clean and comfortable. The location was close to the freeway and convenient to Orange County attractions. There were a lot of families staying at the location, and the pool seemed to be very popular. Although we did not take advantage of the free breakfast, when I went in to the dining room to get coffee it seemed that they were cooking breakfast to-order!

We requested a wheelchair accessible room for my husband. Our room had 2 queen beds, and unfortunately, one of the beds blocked the door to the bathroom, making it very difficult for my husband to maneuver in with his wheelchair. We had to push one of the beds out of the way, and it was still a very tight squeeze for him. Once inside the bathroom, it was spacious enough for him to get around, had a roll-in shower with hand-held sprayer in addition to stationary shower head, and a small shower stool, as well as an ADA sink.

This hotel is close to John Wayne airport and about 15 minutes from any spot in Irvine, Tustin, Newport Beach and Huntington Beach. Although close to highway 55 there was little or no noise from the traffic. The rooms were clean and comfortable and serviced daily. The hot breakfast was good, if simple but there could have been a bit more choice. The patio area and pool were very nice.

The area around has mainly a number of hotels and little else in terms of restaurants, coffee shops and food shops. The pool only opens after 0900 am and closes at 0930 pm limiting the time to enjoy when the outside temperature is cooler.

The room was very nice. Very clean. came with everything that was listed in the booking.

I didn’t like that there was only an elevator, I’m not sure if there was 2, since I only stayed the night to rest. The breakfast was lackluster. a breakfast voucher was given and when you wanted to claim it, you only had 2 options of plates to choose from and it was either choice #1 or choice #2. No option to get both and there wasn’t much from the breakfast to choose from. That’s my only negative.

The room was spacious and the bed was cozier than I expected. Hot breakfast was a choice between two option (eggs, sausage and either waffles or hash browns the day we were there). My husband would have liked seconds, but I thought it was plenty of food. They also had cereals, pastries and fruit. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The sofa bed mattress was covered in plastic, which made the sheets slide around which was annoying when moving in bed.

The bathroom had a wide towel rack that I could place my clothes and toiletries on easily when showering. The pool was slightly warm, so we could swim in it at night. The room was a nice size with a nice sized table and comfy pillows on the beds. The free breakfast of pancakes, eggs, and sausage were delicious. All of the staff were very polite and helpful.

I didn't really like the smell of the room or bathroom, and the sound of the fridge running was loud, so we had to turn it off at night to sleep.

The Staff were friendly and personable. We had an issue with the bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. We had a prompt response from hotel maintenance. Couldn’t fix the toilet. We were immediately moved into a new (smaller room with apologies since hotel was full) room.

The breakfast was just okay. But, because still in a COVID-19 state of operation we understand the potential shortage of some food products and serving more pre-packaged food items. It was still convenient to have breakfast on site and included in our room rate.

Everything is good. Big room with comfortable bad and sofa. Breakfast is included and it's standard breakfast (egg and pancake or sausage for your choice), coffee, drinks, yogurt, etc. included. Pool and jacuzzi function from 9am to 9pm. Free parking. Free wifi with a good speed.

No safe. Nothing notable in addition to it.

The hotel was clean. Good housekeeping. The staff were friendly. There was a laundry. Lots of parking.

The hot tub was not hot, just kinda warm. The breakfast was low quality. The heater is the room was loud!

The staff at the front desk I didnt catch her name 7-2-2021 she was extremely nice and very helpful thank you. The room was very comfortable and the pool was really nice..

The first day we went for breakfast it was good except they didnt explain how it worked so we just got the basic and then seen everyone else getting fruit and yogurt.. the 2nd day saturday 7-4-2021 the kitchen staff was really rude and rushing us to get through the line and wouldnt let us get cereal because she said it was either hot food or cereal and was really rude about didnt go back the 3rd day 👎😫..

Staff when I arrived he was rude telling me I had to pay for the room when I would show him that payment was successful and completed..He had to call the manager and was just being so negative and recommended for me just to reserve directly with them instead thru booking
