Everything was perfect except the last day of our staying.

Please take into consideration that in September, 21 the staff who cleaned the rooms talked out loud and shouted to one another from different parts of a hotel at 8.10am. To our POLITE request stop shouting near our room because we were sleeping Ernest said I’m working, it’s already morning. So Ernest decides when we must wake up. He acted impolitely and didn’t respect no one guest nearby. It’s unpleasant. We liked EVERYTHING about this place except this situation. I hope next time when we come back it won’t happen again. Thank you!

I loved the retro cabin vibe. The room had lots of space in the sink area to store my toiletries, a powerful shower with lots of hooks to hang items, and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable. The outdoor area is wonderful. Games, fire pits, with optional marshmallow if you wish at night, nice pool and hot tub with inflatable pool rings to while away the afternoon splashing around. There was happy hour every day we were there, and we had fun chatting with other guests while we sipped our wine. I loved having access to tea all day long. The location was great. It was walking distance to lots of restaurants.

The nearby beach requires passes to get in. The hotel has discounted passes, but they are $15 per person which is steep. The small breakfast offerings were fine, oatmeal and pastries along with coffee and tea. When they run out, they don't refill them even when asked by guests. It would be nice to provide a few more for people when they ask at breakfast time.

The room was very nice looking as on the photo. Very comfortable bed. You have a mini fridge, coffee maker, and safe in the room. Heating lights in the bathroom - great during the winter. You are being welcomed by complementary beer. Fresh water from Lake Tahoe in the tab. No breakfast, but you can make yourself a coffee or tea many times you want. There is a pool and restaurant. Great location with very expensive beach access.

Despite if the great location and 5 min walk to the beach, the entry fee is way too overpriced. 30$ a person. Hotel gives you a discount of $15 each. But still you need to pay 15$/person.

A really cute, well-designed hotel with a national park lodge-like vibe. Very friendly staff. Beautiful lounge with cozy seating, a fireplace, and games. Hotel offers free s'mores kits that you can roast on the firepit outside. Room was stylish, comfortable, and clean - love the minimalistic glamping-style of the furnishings. Delicious water straight from the tap (some hotels/motels put in water softeners that make the water tastes really bad). Lots of hotels in Tahoe are remodels of older basic motels, and this is among the nicest.

Really nothing

Location is great, though beach is expensive. Staff was super friendly, and room was clean.

Room was quite dark, and definitely very very expensive for what it was (think typical Motel room). I guess that's just the reality in Tahoe now though.

Beds were super soft and comfortable (I'm so picky about beds and usually dislike staying at hotels because I sleep so poorly, so this was a nice surprise). The room was simple but had all we needed for a one night stay. The lodge was really cute - they offered free beverages and popcorn and were hosting a movie night. There were board games and lots of places to sit. In the morning, they had coffee/tea and breakfast type snacks available. We ate at the restaurant and it was pretty good. It was a busy Friday night but they did a great job taking care of everyone. The firepit was nice and they had smores kits available to purchase also. We will definitely be back!

A little noisy being on the ground floor, but not unreasonable.

Such a hip, cozy, clean place to stay. I am going to try and come back this summer if I can. Only wish was that the hot tub was open sooner — it was not open when we went for the summer although online it said it was. And the pool was heated but no one in the pool felt that way, lol. The amenities were great. Corn hole, jenga…they also had happy hour with free IPAs or wine. What a treat! Lastly, location was PERFECT. Perfect distance from the lake and the restaurants.

Pool temp too cold and no hot tub (yet).

The room was nice and the property is in a very good location in South Lake Tahoe. Close to the beach and the center, we had been able to just walk everywhere and leave the car at the hotel (they have plenty of parking spaces). Staff is very friendly and helpful. They try to accommodate you best with happy hours (drinks), outdoor fire places with s'more, etc... we really enjoyed staying here.

Bed was very soft

Absolutely loved Station House Inn. The room gives you a very rustic and comfortable vibe. it feels very cozy, clean and homely. The staff were very friendly, it even had a lounge inside and outside for everyone to relax in instead of just staying in your room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach and then a few minutes the opposite way to the main strip.

Everything was perfect!
