Modern building with nice amenities. Restaurant and bar looked inviting, but my schedule did not allow me to try it. I would have had I stayed longer. The room was quiet, very comfortable and pleasant to relax in.

Busy elevators meant I used the stairs a couple of time, but I had to search for the stairwell from the first floor. It was an unmarked door. That was the only thing I ran into that would warrant any criticism. The facility was quite nice.

Loved the check in process and the cookies

That I thought I had breakfast with my stay and didn't want to eat but wanted coffee and the guy working the breakfast told me that I still had to pay for a breakfast when I was not eating I only wanted coffee. I was happy to pay a coffee price but he told me that I still had to pay when i didn't even eat! Was not happy and about sat the coffee cup down and left but I was nice and paid anyways. I was not stealing, just thought breakfast came with my stay and didn't even want to eat.

Really loved the great staff, the free airport shuttle, free parking, flexible options for extending the stay and the free warm cookies at the reception. Also offers a nearby Tram station, sadly US public transit isn't well adopted to its intended use. Therefore this option was a quite slow way to get to the city. What a wasted opportunity on Denvers behalf. The rooms felt modern, where large and well equipped.

not much to complain

The location was easy to get to. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The concierge and front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful. 

The pool water seemed to me to be a little murkier than I’m accustomed to. And I’m not a pool expert. But it seems like the water could have been more clear.

Welcoming and friendly staff, very clean and organized. Nice location. I surely loved it. First time visiting Colorado and wasn’t disappointed during my stay here, will surely come back here.

I loved everything about the place

I had to book a room after a cancelled flight at the Denver airport. During a stressful few moments, I was able to book a great room online within minutes, then was able to call and arrange for a taxi to get us in 25 minutes directly from the airport. The staff answered my call right away and even directed me to where I should go in the airport and gave me a description of the taxi that made it hard to miss. I was so grateful because we were very stressed about having to make arrangements spur of the moment and were also worried about costs of Ubers as we were quite literally stranded. The staff helped us with everything we needed and arranged for us to be picked up the next morning by their taxi to take us to the airport, even helping us out with the times we should leave to get to the airport on time. They were so so nice.

A really lovely, well kept hotel that was very comfortable, with good sized rooms and a great shower!. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the grill had some great food and drinks options! We even bumped into the Sheriff as he was checking out the car park, so we felt even safer!

Check in was a bit slow and 2 lifts and the cash machine were all out of order which was frustrating, but other than that, a great hotel!

didn’t know it was going to cost so much to bring my dog . it said pet friendly but didn’t say how much we would be charged. I could have booked him in a dog daycare for less than what I paid for him to sleep 6 hours (over night) in the hotel and then have to stay in my car during the day.

I am really picky when it comes to cleanliness. It makes it hard for me to stay in hotels. Everything was super clean, and the housekeepers did an amazing job. It made our short stay just amazing after a stressful day. The front desk evening staff were super friendly and helpful.

staff at check in was great, friendly. counter staff at check out needs to work on his people skills. never said a word. Didn’t bother to ask how our stay was let alone thank you for our business 😔
