First and foremost we want to thank Brittany from the front desk. We booked in December and were put in a room below grade with a view of a concrete wall! NOT HAPPY! Brittany went and made it right! She IS what customer service is all about! We thank you again Brittany!

The first manager when we checked in. I felt like we were looked down upon. Until Brittany took over and made it right!

The location was excellent. The lake was beautiful. The room was very comfortable, cute and pleasant. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had the waffle breakfast one morning and it was great. This is the second time we've stayed here and it will likely be the place we stay every time!

This had nothing to do with the resort. We had to push our trip back after most of the slopes had closed for the season. Because of this we had to drive to the gondola to access peak 7 for skiing each day. We were so looking forward to the easy access to Peak 9, but the timing just didn't work out. I'm certain it would have been a great experience to ski 9.

Nice place very homey. all you needed was right there. highly recommend this place.

parking was an issue. although there was parking in an underground garage I was told that parking was down the street. I am disabled and have some difficulties walking long distance. So parking was a problem.

Great central location. We were in a studio suite in the Downhill Building (higher floors have best views) which was very comfortable all round. Great full kitchen with eating area offers real flexibility during the stay. Excellent shower over bath and spacious bathroom area. Comfortable bed and sofa. Very quiet in room. No charge guest laundry on each floor was very handy. Great outdoor pool - very large and plenty of space in pool and on sun beds even when busy. Very good overall resort facilities and always kept very clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing really to dislike although suspect some of the lower floor rooms may have limited views or be blocked by trees, but probably luck of the draw.

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights so we could learn to ski and were very impressed all around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better. It is right at the base of peak 9, where the ski school at the Village location was also stationed. There is a Charter Sports at the base of the resort where equipment can be rented, and the resort is a very close walk to stores and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and had an amazing view and a balcony. The full kitchen also saved us from needing to dine out. I can’t wait to go back!

No complaints!

This is a fantastic place to stay to enjoy Breckenridge. Check in was easy and secure, convenient and delicious breakfasts were available for $8 daily and equipment rental was extremely easy at the Charter Sports located in the resort with equipment storage as well! Underground heated parking was a bonus. We were a brief 5 minute walk from the Quicksilver chairlift on Peak 9 and easy walking distance to main street. Would definitely stay here again!

- the location was perfect - the room was spacious and clean - the bathroom and the bathtub were just perfect - a humidifier and air purifier were a great addition and helped us get good sleep - good wifi

- we paid extra for a king size bed but did not get a room with it, the staff said it was an error on booking website and they couldn’t really help us. Might be worth checking with the property about the room before booking it

Loved the view of water and mountains. We walked most of the time and did not feel that we needed the car. Also, we were able to check in a few hours before the regular check-in time. It was nice being able to park in a garage.

The only thing I did not like about the room was the bathroom door. The door had only about an inch clearance with the commode. I was just traveling with my daughter and did not need to close the door, but it was just too tight.

the property was extremely clean, staff was nice and on point. They had nice events/complimentary activities. we really enjoyed our stay.

peak 9 and 10 closed the week before we arrived, so check the peak closure dates if you’re visiting in April or the end of the season.

Many of the personnel (especially Rod) were top. Great location (see picture for room view) and lots to do. Room was well equipped and well designed. Nice heated pool and multiple hot tubs. Daily activities and socials were also good. Overall a great value.

No stools/furniture on the balcony. The property could be modernized a bit but I wouldn't yet consider it outdated.
