We liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The lady behind the desk at check-in was very pleasant and helpful. Parking lot is well lit. Since we ride a trike, this is important to us as we like to peek out our window during the night and see how things are going outside. We would stay here again. Breakfast was good and the only thing we would add would be a sign letting people know that a custom cooked omelet could be ordered. We didn't know this until we overheard it being delivered to other guests of this motel.

We felt the motel should have been built with more insulation between the walls and ceilings. We had very noisy people in the halls and people clomping around upstairs when we were trying to sleep. Things didn't settle down until midnight. We found the grounds in need of maintenance but it is early in the year so this may be forthcoming as summer progresses.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, wi-fi worked well, there was a fridge, microwave and table with two chairs (many places provide only one). The guest laundry was appreciated. Staff very nice, and there was a breakfast with made-to-order omelets, scrambled eggs and other options.

Walls were a little thin, and next-door neighbors checked in late. Town was small with few options for shopping.

Staff and amenities wonderful. Have stayed with you folks several times. Will stay with you again and recommend to all my friends. Joya so kind and and helpful. Little gal at breakfast so accommodating.

Wish I had known the hot tub wasn't working. Will call and verify next time. Very few places to eat at. Love being so close to the Grand Mesa.

We were a little bit late getting there and they were nice enough to wait on us before they closed the office which we greatly appreciated because we had been traveling on the road all day and the food was excellent the lady did an amazing job on cooking.

We was just there for one night don’t have any dislikes.

I have stayed here twice now. Very happy with the accommodations. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and I like the cookies and popcorn in the afternoon/evening.

I wish they had a fitness option. I do use a treadmill daily but that’s probably only my personal preference.

Breakfast was awesome! Eggs cooked to order by a happy, personable cook.

Housekeeping could use some help. We had several issues when we checked in. Also had to ask for some supplies.

Very friendly staff. Nice room. Nice grounds. Breakfast was fantastic. Wish we could have stayed longer. Be sure to visit the Pioneer Town Museum next door.

Everyone was amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Went over and beyond. They made cookies, popcorn and lemon water. Breakfast, they would make you omelettes. I would definitely stay again!

Great location, friendly staff and wonderful huge cooked to order omelet for breakfast. Popcorn at happy hour and chocolate chip cookies at night. Room was large and clean. Staff worked to allow us to do an early check in.
