Breakfast was good on the 2nd morning. A decent variety of hot and cold foods. The room was just fine. The lady who was at the desk tried to be as helpful as possible.

The first morning, the desk clerk was too busy at the desk playing on his phone. Several people waited in the breakfast area for more food, and when I finally bothered him, he said it too late to heat up more food. There was still 30 minutes of breakfast time and we'd been waiting for 20+ minutes. I had asked for an elevator or 1st floor room for my husband, but the message didn't get read. The stairs weren't too bad, just inconvenient. We were also in a 2nd building away from the building with the lobby.

Any negative comments are crazy. This place is top value. The place is totally clean, totally comfortable, easy to get in and out of. They have a solid breakfast. They have an indoor pool. I didn't use it, but next time I might. And people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Also, I didn't pay much to stay here. I am very happy I stayed here and will again when I am in town.

It was my own decision due to covid but I would have loved to feel comfortable using their indoor pool and spa. The room was clean and comfortable. Very handy fast food literally next door, convenient parking. And the property was extremely close to my sister's home, the reason I was in Montrose. I hope if the world becomes normal again to visit in the summer and enjoy all the facilities.

Just a little bit of road noise from trucks in the early morning. Obviously with covid in full swing certain things had to be adjusted due to protocols. The staff was very professional and friendly. Rachelle and Whitney were very kind, friendly and wonderfully helpful. I hope they are appreciated

- heating was very noisy - a kind of internet filter that blocked access to sites with presumably inappropriate content (e.g. erotic) - creaky bathtub

Considering the price this place was great! Rooms were spacious and clean, there was a great breakfast and the indoor pool was nice and warm.

Needs a little maintenance. Some lights in our room weren't working and the bathroom needed some paint repair. Towels for the pool need to be gotten from the reception.

front desk employee was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast in the morning was great !

the pool was not in the main building so you had to walk through the parking lot to get to the pool building . the hot tub was ice cold and the pool was very hot

Staff was excellent. One insisted on carrying my suitcase down the stairs. One printed a document for me. All with genuine smiles.

Hot tub was nice and warm, but jets did not work. No elevator. Breakfast was just okay.

i wasnt sure about the wifi. seem there was a unknown problem with it. I dont think i used it. I did hear about it from a few customers talking about it. I was skeptical at first about staying the first night. But that was just me. After talking to other people staying, I was more comfortable with staying, The grounds in the back of the 2nd building could use some work to to improve the appearance of the property, such as a pet play area. needs more grass and less weeds. needs debris picked up. Needs some sort of improvement. notice some unwanted matresses discarded in a open wood fence closure, should be disposed of as to not attract other animals or/and rodents I did notice a torn window screen in front of second building front of the swimming pool section. The swimming pool section could use a update from what i seen thru the door, maybe some cleaning. the advertised photo shows a better appearance of that area. Complimentary breakfast appeared ok, food tasted ok. Staff very friendly and courteous. Business in a good location and noticeable Housekeeping did a very good job to the room i stayed in, Bed was comfortable.

The air conditioner was noisy

The night desk clerk was so helpful! I got there late and was greeted by a young man who offered to bring in luggage, gave me a room on the 1st floor, and made sure I ordered next morning's breakfast before I retired to my room. The room was spacious, all was in order, and quiet. The bed was comfortable with great pillows! Even the wifi was password protected. I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm in town!! PS - this was written by an actual customer!

Conveniently located

The first room I had before I asked to be moved, had an old AC unit that made a high pitched whining noise. They are in the process of updating these units.
