Loved the location!! Nice guy running it. No bedbugs I checked. Well-lit property. If you’re a stickler about hotels don’t come here it won’t satisfy you if you like to nitpick but if you’re low maintenance and you know you’re going to spend most of your trip out of the room just stay here the bed was comfy who cares that it’s not aesthetically up to date. You get what you pay for. Thick doors and extra locks made me feel safe.

Breakfast was all carbs. Fruit and protein of some sort would be a nice addition.

Beds. Chair in room. Both of these help my Arthritis. Staff is exceptional. Great location.

Hotel policy, will not allow guests, to remain past 21 days. Then you have to leave for one night, and then return for another 21 days. I live in hotels. This is a tremendous burden, for any guest. I am a disabled USAF Veteran I will be 83 in February. Moving every 21 days, to go to another hotel for 1 day, is a ridiculous inconvenience, and deterrent for me.

The location was ideal for the purpose of my trip.

The only thing I didn't like is that when I arrived there were what seemed to be homeless people trying to gain access to someone's room. So they were easily able to get in through the front door. The gentleman quickly dismissed them though. Just wish the front door was locked and only people actually staying could scan in.

The dining room was very clean, TV news some mornings which i like. Food choices were sparse.Staff kept everything stocked and were very friendly.The juices were delicious. The manager was super helpful, answered all my questions, the office staff are Great.Room very comfortable.

Would have like fruit and oatmeal for breakfast. Only 2 cereals, white bread with 1 jelly and waffles. Did not eat breakfast more than twice in 3 week stay. Really missed swimming. The pool is out of order permanently.

Friendly, helpful, and diligent staff - front desk answered all questions promptly before and after check in. Called me to inform me I forgot an item in my room) Unbeatable combination of price (includes breakfast), location, ease of parking, clean bathroom. Easy access to the garden of the gods and Pikes peak.

Room is a bit tight and age really shows but it's still well worth the price.

The room had everything we needed. Microwave, coffee pot, and fridge and a big comfortable bed. And it was super clean and only a two block walk from the historic district!

We never had any stay over services. 3 days. No clean towels were delivered. No trash taken out. The continental breakfast is all gluten. Cereal, bread, waffles, juice and coffee.

Great mattress and tilting chair. Location. Staff. Location. Price.

The manager Gary and I, worked through a minor problem, that has been resolved.

Staff was wonderful. They let me check in early and was very accommodating and quick. The continental breakfast was nice.

There was a few homeless people near property and the side entrance door didn’t close all the way or lock properly. I forgot to mention to the staff.

The hotel let us have complete privacy. We felt very comfortable and didnt have to worry about any feelings pof invasion of our privacy our whole stay. this place has really turned around, new name, new management, working on their new look, im impressed. Very quiet and not a lot of traffic like before.

I think the lobby could use some work, i know that the contruction of the new place isnt quite done yet but I think it should be more welcoming, and have a little comfort and color.
