MainStay Suites Near Denver Downtown

Great location in the center of Denver. To go 5 miles takes you 40 mins some days. We had a room with two green beds and a fold out with the kitchenette. Although we did not use the kitchenette. It was a nice feature to have. Did use the phone and the laundry facility while they're there.

Although it's not the staff in facilities fault. But the people that stayed there over the Taylor Swift concert damaged a few items. The staff was waiting for them fixed.

The property was in a good location. It is not downtown yet is close enough (not walking though). The indoor swimming pool is convenient just in case it snows. The stove, the dishes, the microwave and the refrigerator 🙌 were extremely convenient. Most of my family’s meals were cooked in the hotel.

It’s not the property yet the Denver public school bus barn next door. At approximately 5am the buses honk their horn multiple time.

The staff in this hotel are fabulous. The front desk folks and housekeepers were all very friendly and helpful. Melanie at the front desk especially went out of her way to help me out. My room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The location is very convenient to downtown, although you mostly need a car to get there. The pool is nice and breakfast was quite good. Parking is abundant and easy and felt safe.

Some of the facilities were a little worn out - the chair in my room was broken, the coffee machine in the breakfast room never seemed to be working. Otherwise everything was great.

Breakfast was very good, one of the best we’ve had among several hotels in the past 2 weeks. Although, fhe coffee is undrinkable (not even exagerating). Think about making your own or grabbing some after breakfast.

Location is not so good for the price we paid. We planned on staying 2 nights but ended up moving to a hotel in Lodo instead. It’s more expensive but really worth it.

The room was nice. A couple minor maintenance needs, but what place doesn't have such needs. Overall a clean comfortable room. The breakfast layout and the food was very good.

The entrance canopy facades were damaged and in need of repair. It doesn't make for an inviting entrance.

Good location and price with free breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. I accidentally left some dress shirts in my closet and Erin D was a HUGE help in providing direction and getting them shipped back to me. Thank you, Erin!

My room had some minor damages when I checked in, but I was overall happy.

Close to Everything and the bed it was super comfortable 😉

No comments...everythinng was good except I was trying to get an extra day and they were charging me Wait more than what I paid the 1st night

The location is great and the staff are very friendly as well!! The only complaint I would give us the lady who serves breakfast in the am she's rude and very pushy rather than that great place

Breakfast and the fact that it's 4 minutes away from Empower Field(was there for a concert). The size of the room was great for my 3 teenagers and myself.

The outside of the building is damage.

The location was perfect, it was clean and easy to check in.

Little things like updated lamps and clock with USB ports would be nice.
