The location was incredible. We were able to walk to most of the attractions downtown. The bar and Grill across the street was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast was good and the coffee was bold. Just the way I like it!

The hotel was incredible minus the bathrooms in the room. They have a sliding barn door style so there’s really little privacy. The shower and the toilet share the same space. The breakfast was delicious. My only complaint is that there was no rotation during our stay. It was the same food every morning, which got a little boring after four days, but it was a very hot and delicious breakfast nevertheless.

Having breakfast before a long drive was such a great convenience. The room itself was fantastic with lots of space to work if you needed to.

I chose this hotel from a list of places to stay with parking included but was later informed that parking was actually an additional $45/night, making it pricier than I had planned for. So I ended up having to find overnight parking in the city, which is not difficult as long as it isn't an event night (it was). It wasn't terrible, it was just a bit disappointing when an airbnb in the heart of the arts district had free parking and would have ended up being cheaper.

Breakfast had only disposable plates and silverware. Everybody seem to be eating in the restaurant and throwing everything away- so rather than using real dishes, they create a ton of garbage. There’s also no information in the room about re-using towels and bedsheets. So they need to get on the bandwagon and be more environmentally friendly.

The area felt safe and was quiet. Hotel is Modern and I p to date. Very clean. Bright, open, airy. A lot of different spaces to relax (lobby and little courtyard has comfortable seating, fire pit and corn hole). Small store for snacks and necessities. Ice cold, fruit infused water available in the lobby. Very nice gym. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. TV equipped with Netflix (need to sign in with an account). The room had a fridge and microwave wave that were both in cabinets. Lights, outlets and charging ports are strategically placed throughout the room. Breakfast was adequate. We appreciated the oat milk option for coffee and cereal. The area was maintained well during breakfast. Quick 20 min walk from Union Station- we felt safe for the majority of it (95%). Alternatively, it is a 5 minute Uber ride. 10 minute walk to LoDo for shopping, many restaurants, coffee, etc. A lot of Lime/Lyft scooters and bikes can be found near the hotel and on the way to LoDo- we took advantage of these almost everytime we walked. After staying in an Airbnb in Aurora for a few days, we stayed here after our flight was delayed and we felt as though we found the best part of Denver! We would stay again!

The only tiny complaint is that when we were relaxing in the courtyard mid morning there was nice background music playing and when the on site restaurant opened across the parking lot, they turned their music on as well. Maybe this wouldn’t bother some, but I felt overwhelmed with the competing music.

Excellent location to Ball Arena for the concert we had booked. Super clean and great sized room for 2 people. Bonus was the breakfast included in the price! The only thing that I could say needs improvement would be the staff uniform was a bit sloppy. But the staff were friendly and helpful so overall an excellent stay. We have booked Springhill suites for Houston so let’s hope it’s as good.

Location, cleanliness, room size breakfast and service

Excellent location, easy to walk to Larimer Square and 16th Street, as well as to uber to Museums, Botanic Garden, Aquarium. Better value than hotels a few blocks away on other side of Cherry Creek. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast had several options, we particularly liked the vegetarian burritos. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

The fitted bed sheet was a bit too small for the mattress and had to be repositioned several times after coming off.

Check in was very fast. Rooms were quiet with very good soundproofing. Very convenient location for attending events at Ball Arena since you can walk right across the street or it's also an easy walk to lower Downtown restaurants. Nice safe feeling location vs some other areas Downtown Denver

Parking was expensive and only offered valet parking. Not very good selection for breakfast, it was adequate, just not anything special.

Location by Ball Arena is outstanding. Very easy walk. Not too bad to walk into downtown Denver and very accessible via scooter or rental bike.

There is one restaurant next-door, but otherwise you need to head into downtown Denver for variety. The breakfast was Decent but the coffee bar is not. I just think for one night stay at $317. I had a little higher expectation for amenities. .

The greatest location for attending an event at Ball Arena. Excellent staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms with refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. Great breakfast and coffee in the lobby. Easy check in and check out. Easy and efficient to valet, even though I wish parking was a little cheaper. Great overall Stay. Will definitely be back.

I love this hotel. Itwas right across from the ball Arena and very close to downtown Denver. Very clean and wonderful staff. Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. My son loved the morning breakfast, especially the waffles. #timetoeat! Huge shout out to the valet, food service team, front desk and housekeeping team🙃😊
