Quality Inn Denver Downtown

The property was in a wonderful location. It was close to downtown. The location was key in choosing this hotel for our trip. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The rooms we selected were in the non-smoking area.. however it smelled like cigarette smoke.

No air conditioning, only a fan. Phone didn’t work. Blow dryer was broken. Floor was dirty

I didn't like I had to leave from a beautiful city!

We liked most of the room and you have a perfect skyline view on Denver from straight opposite the street.

Breakfast was not really good. And as there many Mexican Groups some breakfast areas were closed for regular guests. Furthermore it was a bit busy there. Also the tidiness of the room could have been better.

Convenience where I need it to be. Easy access to I25. Walking distance to Empower field stadium Close to Downtown Denver.

Smell. On the entire place. Not very clean No trash can on room. Not clean on breakfast area

I was with my daughter traveling from ND. Loved that it was a great location to walk for amazing meals and to the Empower Field for Taylor Swift! Staff was friendly in the main building but we were booked in more motel area.

Rooms were noisy off the street(sirens mostly) and smelt like weed, this isn’t legal where I live so had to explain the smell to my tween which was disappointing. There were boogers on one of the walls a dirty pillowcase and a pillow without a case at all. Glad we brought our own (which immediately went in sanitizing cycle when we got home)

Comfortable bed

Given room likely occupied (could not open since latch was on) so had to get another room. No latch in my room. Bald employee with beard too lazy to print out receipt when leaving and instead told to check email. Nasty motel occupied by welfare recipients.

The price.

The disgusting smell of cigarettes in the room, and not having the room cleaned every day. I have been told (after the third day) that I should have actually explicitly asked to have the room cleaned. Too bad that I wasn't informed about this when checking in.

Breakfast was good to have. The location is the best thing about that hotel.

To many people that didn't stay there hanging around.
