A one night exceptional rate, the room was great with a microwave, a mini fridge and I liked how the window opened just enough to let fresh air in. The bed was so comfy, the front desk ladies were so very nice and accommodating, the elevator to the garage was so close and easy to navigate, disregard the complaints about the elevator it was just fine and walking distance from the lobby to the garage was less than 2 mins or so. I have nothing to complain about and I’m very picky. 5 stars from us. We stayed there because we were going to the Bronco game and the stadium is about 5 mins away. Thank you to everyone at the hotel

the location was perfect, the rooms were exactly as described online, the place was clean and easy to find. Upon my arrival, I asked about parking and the gentleman offered to give me and my fiancée day rate parking instead of overnight and ended up saying us almost $100! That was so kind and not expected, really great customer service. The housekeeping man was incredible kind as well, he used goof translate so that we could communicate, it made my whole day.

one water bottle should not cost $3 in the hotel room, that is crazy! also parking is a bit high.. there was a large homeless population outside of the property which was not the most pleasant. also the cover for the duvet could not be more uncomfortable 0/10

Comfortable room, friendly staff (particularly Territory Restaurant and Bar), easy access to garage, great food (no powdered eggs for this hotel!), quiet.

Not really the property per se, rather a suggestion for hotel staff to inform guests when an event like The Parade of Lights is occurring that blocked off access to the hotel. Knowing that ahead of time would have altered plans to leave the hotel late in the afternoon. It took almost two hours of driving through grid-locked Denver before pleading with Denver Police to assist removing barriers x5 to get to the hotel. Stressful and frustrating!

The only entrance is like in an alley, dirty. Spilled coffee in the lobby that nobody cleaned. Bed pillows are not comfortable. Room bathroom a bit old. No safe box in room. The little cafe connected to the lobby was always closed. Restaurant supposedly served lunch at 11 but when we try to go on Tuesday it was closed. No scale in the fitness center. Restrooms in lobby cannot be used once you returned your key (we were waiting for Uber, just after checkout)

The place was awesome. Close to restaurant and shops. All were walking distance. I'd love to compliment the staff as well for being approachable. The facilities were also good including breakfast selection. Close to the convention as well and other famous hotels.

Most likely that it was along the highway and sometimes, the Uber ride was not accurately dropping us to the pinned location.

it's great, the staff is the best part, they are wonderful, caring people, they do seem to have a lot going on... but they do so well, maybe they need a little help? but they are really great, and do everything for the guests

Front desk and breakfast time wait staff in the kitchen were BEYOND polite and professionally amiable. Front desk staff when I checked in was unable to locate my Booking.com reservation. Instead of saying sorry, we don't have a room for you, tracked down the problem, located a room for me that was perfect!!!

My Booking.com reservation was never received by the hotel.

The location and the staff was very nice

Our bedding was changed and we noticed that there was blood on the sheets but we didn’t notice last night when we got in bed, we saw it this morning and neither one of us had a cut or anything, but thought it was to late to let the front desk know because we didn’t notice when we went to bed.

Excellent location just over 2 blocks to the main shopping and restaurant area and the free bus route to Union Station, plus easy walking to the state capitol and park. It was beautifully air-conditioned and well appointed, with an indoor pool and large rooms, with every facility. The staff were very good, helpful and welcoming.

On our first morning we went to breakfast and the dining room had not been cleared properly, cutlery was missing, the bacon was cremated and some other items in short supply. On our second morning everything was brilliant. Everyone is entitled to an off day sometimes!

The young lady at the front desk( I'm horrible with names) was wonderful. I always saw her busy checking in people and she was always polite, and friendly. She even managed to get me one more night add on without any trouble. I made it a point to see Shelby every night of my stay for cocktails. She was very attentive and hanging out with her was like meeting up with a friend. Love her! Also the maintenance guy( again, forgot his name) who came to replace the fridge was super nice, friendly and efficient . Overall, great stay. I definitely look forward to coming back for a visit and this will most likely become my go-to hotel when I stay in Denver..

Being charged 20-30$ for a pint of ice cream and small pack of Oreos. I get things being slightly pricier, but damn, give your guests a warning or something. Fridge in my room didn't work most of the stay, but they did come to replace it with a spanking brand new one.
