There were cute kitchens in the rooms We bought groceries at Trader Joes and we could eat stuff in the room. The paintings on the walls were amazing. We posted about it so much on social media. The amenities were great. It was also cool to be able to just use a door code and not have to remember the key. Everything about the Acoma was amazing. Every time I had a question, I'd just text the management and they'd help us out. There was a lounge downstairs, a laundry room, streaming tv in our room, the bed was so comfy...I could go on and on.

We loved everything.

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was very attentive. It was a great location to get around downtown.

The building is a little old so if your neighbors are walking heavy through the hallways you could hear them or vice versa if your neighbor is loud next to you you can hear, however customer service was great and my one noise complaint (it was NYE weekend) got handled promptly and I didn’t hear a sound after

I absolutely loved my stay here. Tue building and room are so beautifully decorated. Every room is unique. The check in and check out were easy, I got an email with all the necessary information a few days before my stay. My room was exactly as described, in fact it was better in real life. I appreciated all the little extra touches like make up wipes, makeup towel, cotton balls; it’s the little things. But also the room was equipped with everything I needed. There isn’t staff but there was communication midweek asking if I wanted housekeeping. There was water, coffee and sugar available in the public areas in the event I needed more. The location was great. Do yourself a favor and go to Levan Deli!! It was close to the Capitol and easy access to the free mall bus that can take you to Union station. I can’t wait to stay again!

The Acoma House is a hidden gem in Denver. From the moment we arrived, we loved EVERYTHING. The pictures online (as great as they are) don’t do justice. Every inch, inside and out, is truly beautiful. The Acoma House offers everything you need. We stayed in Art Suite 109 on the first floor. The apartment has a fridge, microwave, single coffee maker, dishes and all the luxuries of home. If you forgot anything, no worries, there’s a cabinet available with extra towels, coffee, chargers, batteries…AND the manager was immediately responsive to messages. (Be sure and check out the downstairs too - beautiful gathering space with large TV and other necessities). The location also is GREAT. Near the Art Museum and others, Torchy’s and Tiff’s Treats right around the corner for your late night snack needs. Highly recommend staying here. Looking forward to coming back and staying in another apartment!

It was immaculately clean, the fixtures, towels and bedding are high quality, there were lots of little touches to make the unit cute and homey, the staff was immediately accessible for questions, the bedroom kept the light out in the mornings, the laundry and luggage storage rooms (individual lockers, so helpful to have!) were super organized and adorably decorated, and the neighborhood felt safe to walk in. I have stayed in airbnb’s before that had none of those things, so I appreciated all of it!

On the first floor I felt the need to keep the curtains closed which made the room feel dark, but I chose that on purpose to not have to carry luggage upstairs.

The apartment was designed so well and it was much bigger than I thought. Loved the tub, loved the kitchen and dining room. The bedroom was great! They had literally everything I could think of needing. Every single thing. Extra toiletries, water bottles, etc. were available in carts in the hallway. You really couldn't run out of anything. It was a beautifully designed space that made us feel like we were in a home. Entry was so simple with outdoor/indoor door codes. Everything was thought through to make it a super low key stay. It was fairly quiet as well. I don't recall hearing any street noise or people in the hallway or other apartments.

This property is not a hotel type but accommodation house with room facilities. The property and rooms are decorated with modern art that enhances its ambiance. The room we were given, 207, was excellent with fully equipped kitchen and living room. The property is about 15 minutes walk to downtown, 16 street, and walking distance to other landmarks of Denver. The staff, Christina and Leanne were super and very helpful.

Bath tub with shower was bit cumbersome for the seniors as there was no handle to get in but otherwise it had all the necessary toiletries and nicely decorated.

Beautiful, comfortable and well equipped room. I appreciated the tray of extras in each corridor. Air con efficient and I was pleased to be able to open the windows. Brilliant location for me - right near the art museum. Access via codes all worked fine and the laundry facilities and luggage storage were great, so useful. Helpful and pleasant staff who answered queries promptly. I was delighted when I found I could pair my phone with the TV to play my own music.

Water pressure not great. It took ages to fill the sink and bath - I did not bother to try the shower. You have a good public transport system that I used my entire stay. It would be nice to encourage people to use it by including some info on nearby and main routes - e.g. the A train from the airport then the number 0 bus that stops on Broadway and 11th. So much cheaper than taxis. Collect some customer reviews of good places to eat - kind of virtual guest book. I spent ages seeking out restaurants. As a solo traveller I would have liked to have an extra bolt or chain on the inside of the door. It took me a while to work out things like how the TV works and what is and isn't available on it.

The decor was great in the whole building and in our room. It was lovely to stay somewhere different to generic hotel rooms. The room was clean and modern, and we loved that there were plenty of toiletries and water available. The location was very convenient to get to downtown Denver and beyond. There is parking right outside and next to the building. The street parking is free on Sundays and public holidays which was a plus.

It is noisy in the local area at the weekend until approx 2am - earplugs are provided to help combat this. The mattress on the bed was too soft for us. The aircon unit is behind long curtains so it didn't circulate air too well through the night. It would also be helpful to have a shelf in the shower for the toiletries.
