Sentral Union Station

Location is amazing! We were able to walk to multiple places during our stay. Everything was great. The only thing I would want different was the parking. Great facility!

Parking has a bit confusing and difficult to navigate at first. You have to go through a third party app and pay by the day to access the garage which was a bit hidden.

We loved our stay here! Fantastic location, close to so many restaurants, Union Station, Whole Foods, Coors Field. We didn't have time to exhaust the places we could walk to in 4 days. It's very techy and seamless. Codes for doors and elevators made us feel safer and meant we didn't have to keep track of keys. Reserved a parking spot on Parkade app, which worked very well. Apartment was spacious, clean, quiet. Blackout shades in the rooms are nice. Small balcony was fun. Had a nice view of Union Station and surrounding. Didn't use pool but it looked really nice! So happy we went with this over a hotel!

Some difficulty with navigation; we weren't sure which entrance to go to at first. Some confusion on what was included in room. We were expecting a sofa bed (in the 2 bedroom suite), but only a few of them have that. We alerted front desk and they immediately brought up an inflatable mattress, which worked well for our son.

Loved the location, near restaurants and grocery store. Great facilities with gym, pool. Room was lovely with all the amenities.

Instructions to get in the building and to the room should have been clearer. When I tried to buzz myself in the receptionist ignored me even though I was standing outside. She did this twice when I couldn't get in the building. It was freezing outside so I found that quite rude she wasn't more observant. I also got lost getting to my room, the towers are all connected and certain elevators will only take you certain places. Directions were not clear especially if you're tired after traveling. I had to get help from someone that lives there after we were wandering random floors.

Great Location, easy access - 1 minute walk to train stop directly to Denver Airport. Good walking distance from restaurants etc. Great facilities, gym was VERY nice and well equipped. everything in the room and shared spaces was clean and styled well. Enjoyed the area and having access to the grocery downstairs was super convenient. Room was nice, good washer and dryer. Would stay here again.

Our room was directly on the pool level and the only window was directly at the pool entrance with people coming and going all day. Was a bummer to have to keep the blinds drawn to have any privacy. Would have paid for an upgrade to a different room if we knew this was the case. Would highly recommend investing in a separate blind system that allows for sunlight to come through and privacy for that room. Worth noting that with so many people in the building being longer term residents the pool was often completely full, different than your average hotel but was fine for us.

Easy check in, great amenities/building, quiet, friendly staff, close to transit and restaurants

They really cheap out in some areas within the unit. We chose this place to cook at home but the kitchen was a joke. They had pots but no spatula/stirrer/cooking tools whatsoever. No oil, no salt, no pepper. They only had 4 spoons and 4 forks, 1 tide pod and 1 dish tablet. SO CHEAP. How are we supposed to eat for 4 days, paying 250+ a day, with 4 forks for all of us and only one dish load. There’s no dish towels or drying rack to wash the few things manually. for all we’re paying they should have kitchen essentials and not treat us like children, being moderated with one tide pod and one dish tablet. unnecessarily frugal for a premium building.

Loved the pool, gym, and co-working space.

Beds were a little small and the rooms could use black out shades. It was really bright in the morning.

We loved our room! It was clean and the layout was ideal for our party. We loved the in-room appliances (washer/dryer) as well as the on-site amenities like the pool/hot tub/fitness room. The front door staff were amazing at answering all our questions and assisting us with anything we asked for. We appreciated the on-site parking and felt the daily rate was appropriate. I loved that we enter the property/room with our own unique number code, so that we do not have to worry about a key or a card.

There wasn't much we did not enjoy. Being that we booked the property as an "AirBnB" type rental, we understood that we would need to provide our own disposables (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent). It would have been helpful to have a few more of those things provided however as part of the rental (maybe one more extra toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher cleaning pod, or any laundry detergent). We also would suggest additional protections in the unit for small children. The windows were easy to open for our 5 year old and it would have been nice to have locks on them that were inaccessible for our kids, along with the balcony door. The doors do not lock automatically behind you (like in most hotels), which was often forgotten when we were leaving.

Great location and suited for young professionals. Walking distance to Coors Field, Union Station, and Larimer Square. Short driving distance to Tony P's Pizza and Little Man Ice Cream and access to the interstate.

Stayed in tower 2 and parked in Sentral parking. No issues going from our room to our car. Going back into our building was troublesome as our door code wasn't accepted. We either had to walk outside around to the front of our building or a Sentral employee used his code to get us in the tower.

Gorgeous room and the whole building with new furniture and full kitchen that helped us save some $ on breakfasts and light dinners. The location is super comfortable, 2 min walk to the Union Station where you can catch the Free Mall bus that can take you to all the main attractions (16th Street Mall, The Capitol Hill, etc.). I really enjoyed the hot tub and the patio area! Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the room with the code (no need to worry about losing your key).

Everything was great, the only suggestion I can make is to offer bathrobes and extra set of towels for the hot tub.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the kitchenette and keyless entry.

The trash chute room was disgusting. Trash was piled up even though there's a trash chute. Someone had been using a beer box as a receptacle for sanitary items and they had spilled onto the floor when the box tipped over or was thrown in the chute room. Lots of drinking and partying at the pool. A couple of booze related arguments took place while we were at the pool. The number of partygoers at the pool made us uncomfortable. Definitely not family friendly.
