Great property

Shortly before I left for this trip, I saw the same property at half of the price I paid. I tried to make a price adjustment for one of the nights of the two nights of my stay, and Booking.com said I could not do that. I had to be the exact nights. Honestly, what it does is make me not want to book anything until the day I travel I would suggest you rethink your policy there. That is pretty frustrating and makes you feel like you are way overpaying for something. Other than that it was excellent.

The location is fantastic, right across from Union Station, with lots of restaurants, shopping, galleries, groceries, and things to do within a block or two, and of course all the transportation options Union Station offers to get anywhere else you want to go in Denver. The 24/7 staff at the front desk was super helpful, always available for anything I needed. I was surprised to find the extensive amenities available to residents was also available to guests, like coworking space, a very impressive gym, the pool, etc. I was able to make reservations to use the conference room several times which was really helpful for work. The room itself was a full apartment, clean and comfortable, a good home away from home for my week+ long stay. I especially appreciated the full size washer/dryer available in the apartment.

The fridge made a terrible sound intermittantly. Someone should check into that.

Leisure and fitness facilities were great. Having a self catering kitchen in the room/apartment made a world of difference to eating healthily during my stay as I was in control. The nearby elevator with access to many levels including car parking meant I was just seconds from the car. Washer and dryer in the room is great to have. Great location for tours from union station, and to be self catering with a Wholefoods supermarket downstairs is a superb combination for easy access to healthy options stocking up for your stay. Plenty of kitchenware and tableware was provided and was ummaculately clean and hygienic making catering stress free and provided options to get creative.

If I am to be picky; the floors were not very clean; I dropped my keys and spotted a load of dust build-up under the cabinets. The bedroom sub division made the bed feel like it is in a corridor ( it kind of is). The mattress wasn't suited to me (if you like it soft- it would be great for you)

Loved the unit and all the amenities. Would defiantly stay again

The only recommendation I have is to more clearly state that parking is extra at $30 a day.

Location is amazing! We were able to walk to multiple places during our stay. Everything was great. The only thing I would want different was the parking. Great facility!

Parking has a bit confusing and difficult to navigate at first. You have to go through a third party app and pay by the day to access the garage which was a bit hidden.

We stayed here three years ago and liked it so much we decided to stay here again this time. It is close to so many things and is a nice, comfortable place to stay. People are friendly and the staff is always pleasant.

It was disappointing to find that the coffee was no longer set up like it was three years ago. There was a terrific variety of coffee and what to put in it. Then it was GREAT! Now there is a coffee pot only from 7-11 and is often empty because so many people want coffee in the morning.

It was a great location. It is very easy walking distance of Union Station, Ball Arena and Coors Field. There are great shared facilities, gym, pool, bbq area as well as a large communal kitchen and lounge area. Unfortunately, I was sick and it was a bit too cold for me to use the gym, pool or outdoor entertaining area, but if I came back to Denver I would stay here. Having a washing machine and dryer was so handy and the large windows in the lounge area were perfect for watching the snow - a novelty for me. In the room I was in, there was no window in the bedroom, as it was near the door of the apartment, but with the room design, it didn't feel dark. The toiletries were nice

The room was not dirty, however, it could have been a little cleaner. Sometimes there was a funny smell coming from the kitchen drain. It was a bit pricey, but Denver is expensive,

Property and communal spaces were comfortable. People were around making it feeling comfortable without it being crowded or dead. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful and clean!

Booked a 1 bedroom - the bed was a double. I was expecting a queen but I did not specifically look at the listing so just be aware. Additionally, there was a love seat and a single plush chair in the living room, no regular size couch. We booked this place over a hotel as we wanted a comfortable apartment style place to stay, but the apartment itself was a little lacking but the communal spaces made up for it was we were able to hang out there very comfortably.

The property was in an ideal location near Union Station. We were able to park our car and leave it there the whole time because there is so much to do within walking distance. We really enjoyed the space, especially the kitchen. As we were celebrating our birthdays, it was nice to have a full size fridge and dishwasher. The front desk was a little tricky to find, as the parking was in a different tower, but once I called them, someone came to find us and get us to the correct place. The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more helpful!

The only slightly negative thing that I can comment on is that there was no tv in the bedroom. We usually sleep with the tv on, but it was really no big deal.

Great Facilities, pool, gym etc. room was great. Nice size and remarkably quiet considering it is on the street. Very handy for bus, train and connections to the airport.

Smell from the drains in the bathroom. I mentioned it the day after we arrived. I was thanked for reporting it, but nobody came to see why. We reported it again the next day. That was disappointing as we kept the bathroom door closed while we were there. US$30 charge if you want early entry to room.
