The location is spectacular! This hotel is right im the centre of downtown denver and is walking distance from most major attractions. From here, you can take a 20 minute walk down 16th street, get to union station, walk across the confluence park bridges anf see amy number of things in between. If you walk the other direction un 15th street, you end up at yhe Capitol building (which offer free tours) and catch the Free Mall Ride back down to the city centre. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly enough (although don't expect them to give you any tips on what to do in and around town), yhe brrakfast was delicious and I even took an extra bagel with me for the road as a snack. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending 1 or a few days in Denver, and doesn't want to spend extra on transportation in and around town

Good location, nice and modern building. Our room was big and clean on the 14th floor with a nice view of Denver skyline. Great breakfast, overall very good.

I made a reservation for a room with a King size bed and they gave me a room with double beds.. When I asked the lady at the front desk, she said that because I booked through a third party (Booking.com) and the hotel was full, they couldn't give me the room I requested. We stayed at the double room and it wokred ok, but not exactly what I made the reservation for.

Location was AWESOME. Staff were extremely helpful, kind, and patient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had complimentary coffee (always a plus). Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Checking in and out was simple. I also loved that when I spaced leaving a tip in my room for the cleaning staff, the QR code for tipping at my breakfast table allowed me to tip for my room specifically.

If I really, really had to choose something I didn’t like, it was that there weren’t itemized prices on the products of the 24-hour market. Price ranges were provided, but there wasn’t a way to tell how much each individual product cost without asking the concierge/hogging the self-checkout to look up each item. This is the tiniest inconvenience, but it was the only one I had, so y’all are doing amazing lol.

Location is perfect, especially if you’re visiting the city and want to be centrally localized. Very close to the train station that can take you to the airport. It was clean and maintained daily. I loved the included breakfast, makes it easy and a great way to start your day and not having to worry about food. Staff is all friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

The room was a little small, and the towels felt a little dry and worn on and bedsheets/comforters weren’t great. But it did have a great bed/mattress and pillows. Wasn’t a huge deal for me because I came there to be outside and on the go.

Absolutely loved the hotel clean rooms friendly staff for the most part.

We booked a taxi to arrive to pick us up at 2am to head to the airport and the woman that booked it was super sweet and helped us reserve our taxi. however when we came down there was no taxi and the receptionist that was there was more than rude and unaccommodating. We asked about the reservation and she said the taxi has nothing to do with her and it’s not her responsibility. We let her know we had prearranged the ride which is why we were asking and she said if we want to call the taxi were welcome to because she made it clear that was not her job. We were taken aback by the situation and the delivery. It’s a shame because i had nothing but positive reviews about the hotel up until our final interaction, it really left a bad taste.

Convenient location. Nice facilities. The lobby was fun and had a lot of areas to chill out in. The continental breakfast was much better than expected. Bacon and biscuits the first morning. Breakfast burritos the second two mornings. Then toast , bagels, eggs, potatoes, pancakes all 3 days. Pleasantly surprised. Within walking distance to everything downtown Denver has to offer. Would stay here again.

The 2 peloton bikes in the work out room which had the peloton clips weren’t working properly. Was asking to be “registered” and you could not use your own log on for some reason.

Very personalised approach: I saw my name on the TV as I entered the room, which was a really nice surprise. I arrived on Christmas day about two hours earlier than the check in time but they accomodated me and allowede me to check in early. Very functional room, has got a small glass fridge, ironing board, hangers and coat hooks upon entering the room, very large comfortable king-size bed and a nice view of the city, and shower was awesome as well as the bathroom amenities and complete towel set. Room is very clean and the lobby is very chic and comfortable. Breakfast selection includes hot food, and the dining area in the basement is very spacious. I booked twice in this hotel because it is very accessible from the Union Station where the airport train and bus terminals are (20mins. walk to the hotel but you can take the free Mallride bus which stops about 5-6mins. away). It's not cheap cheap but for the location and comfort, this hotel is a great value for money!

The breakfast was delicious, all the staff were friendly and helpful. There was lots of construction around the hotel (not the fault of Hilton) but it wasn’t disruptive. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The little market had drinks and snacks to buy, which was helpful. I love the modern, clean feel of the hotel.

Two trash cans in the room would be better than one.

This hotel was in downtown Denver, near the convention center. It was convenient to Union Station, but the neighborhood wasn't the nicest for walking. The room was small, but very clean and the breakfast was outstanding. It was also a good value for the price.

We weren't excited about the neighborhood. There were three of us who walked several blocks to a restaurant for dinner; I'm not sure I would have felt comfortable doing that alone.

The hotel is central to 16th Mall Street which is good but there's a lot of building work in progress and like many cities Covid has affected footfall so not all the premises are occupied. But it was close to Union station and there's a free Mall bus that runs up 15th Street and down 14th parallel to 16th which is handy. Union station is where a lot of trips pick up from and the excellent airport light rail service runs from there. The breakfast was OK but the cutlery supplied was plastic which I thought was poor. Room was comfortable we were on the 17th floor so had a good view south of the city.

The plastic cutlery and the air conditioning was noisy even on a low fan setting but we were able to sleep without in on overnight.
