I wish I could have given 10 stars. Everything about the hotel was awesome! Can't beat the price, the location, the amenities and facilities and the friendly staff. Doug at frontdesk was so helpful checking us in and out and securing our luggage. He even gave advice on where to visit in Denver. We checked-in at least 4hrs before the check-in time and our room was ready to go. The hotel is modern and new. Sound proofing was great. The express elevator was a bliss. The room was very clean, very spacious and had a great view. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Everything was quiet new and worked great. There were enough plates, cups and silverware for a small family. Bathroom was clean and large. Although we didn't use it much there was a huge LED TV. Wifi was fast. Free breakfast had a good verity of western food and everything tasted great. The hotel had a small 24/7 mini mart which was extremely convenient. The hotel location is excellent. You can walk to 16th street and even the union station and the capitol and civic center park. It was -4F outside on our first day in Denver but we still managed to walk from the hotel to the above places without taking the free 16th street bus. All and all this hotel was excellent I don't mind recommending it to anyone staying in Denver. The staff were very professional and polite. This hotel won't disappoint you.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was great, very spacious despite two large double beds. Decent sized fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher means that you can stay in and make your own meals. Shower was lovely and warm. Good towels. Breakfast was great with very friendly staff who didn't mind as my 14 month old son run around the area and behind the counters where they were working. Surprisingly decent coffee for the USA, delicious bagels and a pancake maker. Lots of fresh fruit too, plenty of other options too (eggs, bacon, cereal, etc). The cleaning ladies were lovely. Excellent location if you are going to the convention centre, about a 2 min walk. Lots of bars and restaurants around. There is a bar in the hotel that is quite nice, and some good spaces with games if you fancy a night in but out.

The room was very comfortable and appropriate for the three days I was there on business. It was nice that it had a sofa/living area, because that gave a good place to relax after the day of work. I didn't use the kitchen facilities because I went out to eat each night.

The breakfast. We only went to breakfast once and chose to go elsewhere after that. The breakfast line was not kept up. The eggs were cold. We couldn't find milk at first, but then spotted it behind the counter and asked if we could get it ourselves. The oatmeal was watery.

The Home2 Suites was very convenient to the Denver Convention Center, only a block away. It was more affordable than other hotels in the area. My room was very comfortable with king bed, sofa/desk area, and kitchenette. Front desk staff was friendly, and I appreciated the locked room to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was ok, with some hot options.

Elevators were quite slow. Water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. Also, I'm not a fan of the soap dispensers that require two hands -- one to squeeze. Seems unsanitary.

The location was very close to the Colorado Convention Center where I had my meetings. It is also close to a number of good restaurants and shops. Museums were also within walking distance. My suite was very comfortable and liked that there were no more small bottles and wasteful containers. Shampoos, lotions etc are in dispensing containers.

Breakfast choices were very limited for vegetarians. It would be good if there was a salad bar for fresh vegetables and cheeses. There was also too much plastic such as plastic spoons and fork.

Staff was awesome: Mishka & Andre were very welcoming, efficient & friendly. I felt well taken care of, and the facilities + location were good for me. Really impressed at room size, furnishings, view, and wonderful hot breakfast. I was there primarily on business, & would like to return to this hotel w/ family. I know they'll love it as I did.

Random issue: Upon first entering room, doing a usual walk-through to ensure everything worked (all checked out fine)...But a 4" piece of iron bedframe sticking out from underneath coverlet, didn't see it & took a hurtful bruise on my ankle. After mentioning that to Andre @ front desk, Wade from maintenance quickly fixed things up. No problems at all afterwards, things were good.

when first checking in we were really disappointed with the room provided, small, twin beds, and a view of a roof top and back of a building. Wife complained as it was our anniversary, staff immediately sent us another key and this room was gorgeous. corner room, great view and layout. great location to cool pubs and restaurants, great staff and really good breakfast options.

I was shocked when seeing the first room they tried to put us in, subservient to a motel 6 room and for the price that’s not acceptable. They did make it right and move us to better accommodations.

It was clean, modern, convenient to everything downtown. Rooms were clean. Nice to have a microwave and kitchen like amenities. Nice hot showers as well.

Only on the weekends there was not enough staff for breakfast. They literally ran out of everything, food, utensils, plates. However, on the weekday it was great. The parking is $54/night vs. $45/night at other hotels. The rooms were a bit small but good enough.

Central location. Clean facility.

False hype about the buffet breakfast. Great coffee. Please ask food prep staff to scramble the eggs and stop chopping in little bits, need a spoon to eat. Sausage is not good, particularly two days in a row when the taste like reheats. Potatoes often were off poor quality. Forget the burritos, nasty. So pick this place for a clean centrally located hotel. Oh, the pillows in my room are flatten out.

The breakfast was good, the staff at times weren’t that attentive also the answering of the phone when in need was a hassle. Overall some front desk people, the bar tender and security were nice people.

The two main things I wasn’t satisfied with would be the bed and bedding it was harsh and we had trouble sleeping every night but everything else was modern, neat, clean and useful to our stay. Also having to request room service 24 hours in advance wasn’t the best for us because we only stayed two days.
