they keep saying they have refrigerators and what they have for a fridge is a joke. my partner has medication that needs to be kept cool, one night in this “fridge” and the medication was at room temperature. The facilities folks were kind enough to bring me a mini fridge and that was the ticket. they just need to add a fridge to all the rooms and call it day. also, no laundry room?

Hyatts in general are good, the room size is decent and modern fixtures. the hotel is clean , no breakfast but they give 2 free bottles of water a day. the location is good as well.

This was definitely the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Luxurious feeling. I really enjoyed that. Also, the roof terrace was beautiful, particularly with the fire on and the snow around. The location was perfect. I walked to Union Station. The room was spacious, beautiful bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. Bar was great. A really friendly bar staff. Happy hour was great. I really loved the crockery that the tea was served in, even the wine glasses were of a good quality. There was a great vibe in the bar area. I felt safe and welcome as a solo traveller. The art works around the foyer and on each floor, in elevators were carefully selected and added to the atmosphere. The front desk staff and management were welcoming and friendly. It seems like a good place to work as well as to stay. I'd definitely return and most certainly recommend

I had hassle with accessing the WIFI on my phone (perhaps as I'm an international traveler?). This meant I couldn't access the television initially. However the staff connected me with WIFI assistants who got me up and connected as soon as they could. A minor thing, but handled well.

Location is great, staff is friendly and the building is brand new so everything is clean and tidy. The 15th floor balcony is a nice place to hang out when the weather is nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all necessary ameneties.

The bathroom fan made a weird noise but with the door closed, it wasn't a bother during my stay. Going a few streets east on Champa drops you right in the middle of lots of homeless tents on empty streets. Some people might not be comfortable around the hotel late at night. When booking, the listing mentioned I would get a room with a view but there wasn't much of a view to be seen. Not a big deal however if you just want a comfortable room to lay your head in after long days out.

What a beautiful and modern room! We really liked the motion sensor lights under the bed and in the bathroom. The gym and terrace on the 15th floor were nice. Staff was friendly. It was a short walk to anything you would want to do in LoDo.

Housekeeping did a mostly great job but did not fully restock our soap dispensers. For the price you pay, you would think the water bottles in your room would be included. There are many, many homeless people all throughout Denver, including this area, but we never felt unsafe at the hotel, as there were employees stationed at the entrance and you needed to use a key to access the elevators.

Very nice property. Young man from Kansas City was very friendly, don’t remember his name. Most of valets were extremely polite and friendly.

This is a Hyatt issue — change how you access television. When you have to connect your phone hotel Wi-Fi to the tv to watch other than minimal channels offered. My phone would not allow as it said to many hackers in the area. Other issue, large corporations need to work with cities to find housing for the homeless. We did not go out after dark, even though we used the valet because there were homeless cities built up within a block of the hotel. I know it’s an issue in every large city, that’s why corporations need to be involved with the city. We lived in Austin, Tx for several years.

Location was pretty good for access to the train station and central enough for other things. The room and hotel seems very modern and clean. The bed was comfortable, good a/c. Despite my gripes we liked our stay here and would probably choose it again at the right price.

It's unlikely they are going to be able to do anything about it but the modern design is all look above function. For example, the sliding door to the bathroom blocks access to the tiny fridge and coffee maker when open. Some of the hooks to hang things on were just for show because things just fell off them. Really stupid design that looked pretty but didn't work. We were charged a $200 deposit on my credit card, which wasn't mentioned when we paid. I'm fine with the deposit, I'd just like it explained at the time. Other properties have managed to do that.

The staff was amazing in helping us with our reservations. We booked through Booking.com, and the hotel did not have our confirmation in their system. They had us call them and even helped us with trying to get them to send it properly to them, but our customer service rep was not helpful. We ended up canceling the reservation through booking.com, and they assisted us with getting us rooms at a reasonable price, so we weren't stuck trying to find something else at the last minute. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay with them. I would definitely rebook there when I come back to Denver but will not rebook through booking.com.

The room was well appointed, with nifty little features like motion detector lights on the side of the bed and the bathroom mirror. Great for middle of the night need to move in the room without blasting lights. The illuminated clock in the bathroom mirror was great to keep on time. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The location was not in a lively area. Yes, there is one restaurant in the hotel, but most other restaurants we found were often quite a few blocks away.
