The property has a great location. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

I had done the booking for 2 rooms. My friends arrived before me and my husband and they would not let my friends check in, even though they had a print out of the booking I made. Front desk told them that if I called, they would be allowed to check in. I called the number given and gave them all the info. They said that had put the info of me calling into their system and that my friends would be ok to check in. When my flight arrived in Denver at midnight, I found out that my friends were NOT allowed to check in (room was already prepaid for, they had a print out of the booking and phone call was made as the front desk had requested). Needless to say, we were all disappointed about this and it made the start of our stay not so nice.

Great location - a quick walk, light rail, or ride to everything we needed. Very new and clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Quiet area despite being downtown. We were offered early check in for a fee, which I've never heard of, but it can be waived if you join the Hyatt rewards. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean premises.

There's no true refrigerator in the room, just a fridge drawer that fits a bottle or two. Do not drink the two water bottles in your room, they are not free even though they are just sitting on the counter. The bathroom door slides to also cover the closet/coffee area. Not the worst but it can get annoying.

I liked the size of the room, the bed and the bathroom. Had everything I needed really for a very comfortable stay. I really liked the bar staff, the guys there were always very friendly and I had nice conversations with them.

I'm afraid as someone who lives in Switzerland, I have big time challenges with air quality when I travel and also not being used to blasting air conditioning which I know is a survival necessity but generally makes me ill. I did get a mild flu during my stay. The A/C was also quite loud.

The property was nice, everything was clean and was greeted upon arrival. I wasn’t able to check in earlier, but the staff was very communicative and let me know that everything was still booked and had me check later, but I was able to kill time by doing some sightseeing. My husband and I definitely enjoyed their restaurant that had their breakfast was a 10 out of 10 and our waiter was very nice and helpful.

The only downside was the location of where it was at, but that is coming from someone who isn’t from Denver so I had a hard time maneuvering around. I would definitely stay here at this location again.

Location is good, right downtown Denver with lots of restaurants and bars around. The room was spacious and clean, bed was really comfy. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant they have at the hotel but everything looks really good and they do serve brunch on weekends!

Not a big deal but they won’t clean the room unless you ask by 10am. We asked for our room to get cleaned and they didn’t, which isn’t a big deal because we were leaving the day after. They did give us extra towels when we asked, tho!

they keep saying they have refrigerators and what they have for a fridge is a joke. my partner has medication that needs to be kept cool, one night in this “fridge” and the medication was at room temperature. The facilities folks were kind enough to bring me a mini fridge and that was the ticket. they just need to add a fridge to all the rooms and call it day. also, no laundry room?

Hyatts in general are good, the room size is decent and modern fixtures. the hotel is clean , no breakfast but they give 2 free bottles of water a day. the location is good as well.

Staff was super friendly and provided great customer service, which is hard to find these days! The whole place was very clean, everything worked as it was supposed to. We have zero complaints & will definitely be back. We will also recommend this hotel to friends & family!

The only thing that was kind of a bummer was the cost of the parking, however it’s downtown Denver so it’s very hard to find parking and when you do, you usually have to pay anyways so it is what it is!

Location, friendliness of staff and amenities were all really great. Apple Blossom was excellent. Josh great food server!

Of note would be that bedside charging was linked to behind bed lighting. In order to have a dark room for sleeping, the bedside charging was shut off. We tried every switch and plug we could find but no way to override. Cleaning staff never came to our room during our three night stay. Never followed up on it though because we were too busy, so perhaps there were simple fixes for both?

This was definitely the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Luxurious feeling. I really enjoyed that. Also, the roof terrace was beautiful, particularly with the fire on and the snow around. The location was perfect. I walked to Union Station. The room was spacious, beautiful bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities. Bar was great. A really friendly bar staff. Happy hour was great. I really loved the crockery that the tea was served in, even the wine glasses were of a good quality. There was a great vibe in the bar area. I felt safe and welcome as a solo traveller. The art works around the foyer and on each floor, in elevators were carefully selected and added to the atmosphere. The front desk staff and management were welcoming and friendly. It seems like a good place to work as well as to stay. I'd definitely return and most certainly recommend

I had hassle with accessing the WIFI on my phone (perhaps as I'm an international traveler?). This meant I couldn't access the television initially. However the staff connected me with WIFI assistants who got me up and connected as soon as they could. A minor thing, but handled well.
