Beautiful Hotel. Staff were great, super friendly. Rooms were great, Very clean and good size. Good quality all round. The Range restaurant was lovely, yummy pancakes for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Not the Hotels fault........ just round the corner 16th Mall lots of homeless people all out of their heads, literally. Was scary to see at 8pm after travelling from Uk so jet lagged and disorientated and sad to see. Like I said though obviously not the hotels fault and nothing they can do. Just meant we stayed in our lovely hotel for the evenings.

We enjoyed the large lobby space with comfortable seating and lovely decor. It was great having a good restaurant on site.

Our corner room was hard to locate and we were tired! Signage could be improved or desk person could give more complete instructions re: location. There was no closet in our room! We had to use the luggage carrier as a clothes rack.

Really nice, clean and well looked after hotel in a great location in the city centre. Awesome shower and very comfy large bed. Good restaurant on site and a nice little coffee bar that was open in the morning. Coffee machines in the rooms too if you don’t want to buy coffee first thing.

Only 2 things. 1 - we tried to get in touch with the hotel in advance of our booking. Impossible. we tried through Booking.com chat, email and calling and no response to any (with the call, I stayed on hold in the U.K. for 20 minutes which cost about £60 before I gave up). 2 the valet is very expensive bearing in mind the car park adjacent to the hotel is half the price. If the valet was $10 more than the car park that would be one thing, but $30 more doesn’t make sense to me.

Most downtown hotels are all alike, but the Renaissance was so beautiful inside and incorporated such history! I loved my stay there and will book a room there again when I return to Denver to visit family.

Housekeeping failed to replenish my in-room coffee and front desk didn't tell me that breakfast (that I paid for) was on the 2nd floor balcony. I went to the Range restaurant where I paid additionally for it. Didn't find out about it until day 3 from another guest. Front desk should have told me when I checked in since I am a Marriot Bonvoy member.

Nice bathroom. Propetty very clean. Downtown location was convenient.

Parking. At last stay, was able to park for free. Now have a $49/valet. Overpriced rate for valet. Parked in garage next door for $27 overnight.

The rooms were clean and the bathroom was nice and the bed was comfortable but I've paid half price for the same things at many other places.

I don't see what differentiates this place as opposed to others when it comes to price. Apparently people pay alot of money simply to sleep near other people who pay alot of money.

The location hotel is very good easy to go anywhere. The room quite small for 4 persons in room. and charge of car park is expensive. However, overall is good. Room is clean. Love breakfast.

charge of car park is expensive.

the hotel is beautiful with awesome murals in lobby. Location great. Rooms and bedding comfortable.

appreciated that masks were required in lobby and elevators, common areas. But oddly enough in the restaurant where a breakfast buffet is served, diners could go breathe on food since no mask required. Defies logic. Also , no robe or slippers, no food in food bars in the rooms ( supposed covid precaution) but it is fine to directly breathe on food. Hotel should have told us when we booked room with breakfast buffet that diners could breathe , etc on buffet . also don’t expect room bar or robe.

Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable. Location of hotel was perfect since we were there for a Rockies game. We walked to the game. There had been reviews that said the homeliness problem was bad. We walked at around 4pm and came back around 9-10pm and did not see any at that time. It was a nice leisure walk about 20 minutes to the ballpark.

good downtown location, beautiful and historic building. The vault doors are a wonder of engineering. nice quiet AC

$59 per night for valet parking is a bit steep. Battery on the in-room smoke alarm was running down on the last nights stay so bleeped at 10 minute intervals. Couple of lights were not working.
