The room was beautiful and spacious. Parking was pricy, but it was also right next door, and there was a 24-hour valet service. Location was perfect. We could get to many things just by walking. And, when we did need to drive, we took Uber/Lyft.

The room was, on the whole, very clean. But, there several stray hairs in the shower and one in the weave of a towel. We also had to call to have a bathroom light bulb replaced, but they were quick to attend to it. The staff--at ever level--were very nice and quick to help. They really couldn't have been nicer.

The room was very pretty. I wanted to try a kimpton for awhile and when I had a terrible Airbnb experience that was my opportunity. It was a nice stay and right in downtown Denver.

I wish there had been room service. I am concerned about the hotel as a whole. They went to the effort to make the bathrooms beautiful, BUT the shower flooded EVERY TIME we used it AND the WALLPAPER in the BATHROOM was peeling off. Sad because it seemed so new and not standing up to the efforts or money put in.

We parked in the lot behind the hotel and it was around $25 for two nights. Very reasonable. The room had darkening shades so we could sleep in late. Coffee/Tea was available till 10 or 10:30. Location was in the middle of downtown so we could walk or uber. We usually wat in your restaurant but not this time, although it is a very good restaurant and has great service.

beautiful rooms, staff were really great—-highly recommend. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. The Decore was beautiful. The couch is comfortable except the fold out couch mattress. I loved the huge windows. The TVs were excellent and huge in both rooms. The valet Service made having a car there easy. The location downtown was very good.

I counted on using the sofa bed for my daughter to sleep on and it was very uncomfortable so she just slept on the couch. I was a little disappointed about that. The first night I got in very late and couldn’t figure out how to get it warmer and didn’t Have any extra linen in the room. There are businesses and offices directly across the street and it requires covering the windows for privacy, but the window coverings are very dark and makes the room very dim and not well lit day or evening. there were many homeless people everywhere you went and it was a little unnerving in the 16th St. mall area.

Property was fine, initial room that was assigned was like a dungeon, but we were moved the next day, complimentary water was a plus!

The guy at the reception (Tyler?) Was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations. If I could remember his name I would tell his supervisor he is spectacular!!

The restaurant (just ate breakfast) was exceptional. It was not included/free, but the daily food allotment helped make it a reasonably affordable option. Room was pleasant and comfortable.

Our room and our stay were great and we loved the nice bathtub our room featured. However, half of a wallpaper strip came half way off the wall and we woke up to see the wallpaper peeling down. Otherwise, both our room and the hotel were beautiful.

Staff was great! Clean spacious room. Wonderful restaurant inside hotel. Great location, within walking distance to everything. Checking in and out was super quick and easy.

We did not find one thing to complain about during our stay. Everything was excellent.

Location, rooms were small but had every amenity you needed.

Shower doors were broken, faucet in room needed some work, as did toilet paper holder falling off wall. Carpet and hallways seemed tired. Needed a refresh
