The staff at The Source were incredibly helpful above and beyond expectations in ensuring my stay in Denver was the most enjoyable and comfortable. I travelled abroad for a wedding & also a hiking/campervan road trip, The Source staff were very helpful to accommodate every need for both aspects of my visit including cleaning & logistics. The precinct facilities such as the restaurants, cafe's and pool proved to be an asset to the trip. I will gladly come back and stay with The Source upon any chance of return to Denver and Colorado and would highly recommend this accommodation to those who are visiting.

The only issues I had with the property were its location to decent services such as a grocery store or late night options, keeping streets active and safe to walk around. The nearest convenience store was remarkably unreliable and strange as per its own reviews. This is not a comment on The Source in particular and I am sure the area and services will eventually grow around the hotel to further enhance its advantageous proximity to the train station, RiNo & Denver.

Very stylish, lively hotel with nice amenities and beautiful, minimalist design in the guest rooms. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, and allowed me to check in early since they had a room available. My room was on the 4th floor and didn't have a great view (I was looking at the parking garage), but it was a v cool room with a cement floor and ceiling, ultra-modern bathroom and a comfortable, clean bed. I liked having all the space to spread out and it was nice and quiet. I also loved having the choice of all the various eateries on-site. I had dinner at The Woods on the rooftop, which was delicious and had a gorgeous view of downtown Denver. I stayed at The Source because I was going to a concert at Mission Ballroom, and the location was excellent. It was an easy 15-minute walk to and from the venue.

Parking in the on-site garage was expensive ($24 each day), which I really think it should be included for hotel guests as part of the room rate. Other than that, a pleasant place to stay for sure.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Gym was sufficient. We appreciated having a large desk for working - plenty of space for both of us to work at the same time without leaving the room. We liked having so many options for food and drink right in the building. The Smok restaurant downstairs was excellent - highly recommend! The Woods restaurant upstairs has an excellent view, really beautiful spot (but we did not try the food).

Parking is NOT included with the room and it's $24 per night to park. The ramp is hourly, so if you come and go, you may need to pay more. The neighborhood is ok. We were charged for using the mini bar, which we did not use. I called and they reversed the charge, but check your receipts closely.

We dined at both restaurants and loved them all for different reasons. The Woods Restaurant was perfect for drinks for our big family gathering. They have great city views and asthetics. Safta was excellent! The bread and hummus was excellent. Smok was also delicious! We could easily walk to Zeppelin Station food court where there was a variety of ethnic foods. We would stay there again. RiNo neighborhood is up and coming. We loved the art walk nearby.

We had a suite and the pillows on the couch were unraveling. Minor detail but visually unattractive.

it was close the concert venue we were visiting.

the website touts its “in the arts district”, but there is literally nothing nearby except their own “market building” which is only restaurants. the room offered minimal comfort unless you literally sat propped on the bed… 2 plastic chairs! The “closet area” is in the bathroom so if one is using the bathroom other people have to wait to access clothes, etc. And there us only glass between the bedroom and bath so if someone turns on a bathroom light at night the person sleeping gets blasted with that light right beside the bed! the air conditioner is very noisy when you can get it to come on so you won’t burn up! AND $25 nightly gets added to your bill for AMENITIES! for us that meant the 2 bottles of water nightly and some coffee pod replacements that I had to ask for on our final night!

The Source is a really cool place to stay. I loved the design of all the facilities, and the restaurants within the property are great! Especially the Reunion Bakery. The bathrobes where so good to be in, i already ordered ones for me on amazon. The overall experience was awesome. Loved to be greeted on the front desk with a glass of craft beer.

Unfortunately cleanliness was not spot on. In my room, the body lotion provided was opened and used, and the room service menu, was stained with food residue from the last guests, I assume. Aparte from that, there is nothing no to like.

Cool place the rooms were not like any others we've been to. All cement floors modern styling. Offer a glass of beer at check in or water from the brewery.

Tried to check in at 4 pm requested an early check in at 2pm. Sat in the lobby with many others waiting for rooms to be ready. Comped us a round of drinks finally called to let us know the room was ready at 4:30 so not too terrible but we were in town for a baseball game and had to leave to the game before they called. No free parking paid 24.00 to park there over night

The size of the room was great.. very comfortable.. the location was well suited.. very close to public transport if needed.

Shame about the pool size.. very small considering the size of the hotel.. the room took a long time to be cleaned.. we was leaving early in the mornings to go out for the day.. put the cleaning sign on the door as soon as we left but the room still hadn’t been cleaned at 4/5pm.

The location is ideal-close to the train, Rino art walk, and the River. The amenities are amazing, the decor sublime, the views stunning, and staff 1st class! And don’t miss the market hall for a bit of shopping or divine croissants from the bakery. The online pics don’t do this Hotel justice. Understated architectural design and touches make this hotel a true standout, just superb. We will be back!

Can’t fault it-

The rooms were comfortable, and I enjoyed the amenities like nice fluffy towels, a robe and slippers. It was great to have so many restaurants nearby. We especially liked Smok - the BBQ place.

For the money I spent, I would stay somewhere else. They add on fees like a 20 dollar a day charge to use a pool that's outside/ fitness/ etc, and it seemed scammy. The parking was expensive too. The hotel room ceiling is concrete, and noise is an issue.
