The convenience to Coors Field. Walk out the door onto a promenade over 20th street and you are at the gate in 60 seconds. Literally.

This hotel is NOT vehicle friendly at all. There is no space to unload. You have to park on a city street to unload, if you can find space and then wheel your bags through one building then into a second building behind it to locate the "front" desk. There is no visible signage to help and the confirmation emails don't give any guidance.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Our suite was more like a luxury 2 bedroom apartment, with a king bedroom, bunk bedroom, huge bath with both tubs and walk-in shower,, living area with huge couch, kitchen table, wet bar, fridge, micro and floor to ceiling windows with views of Rockies stadium. Everything was so quiet and comfortable. Then there was a massive gym with picture windows plus a rooftop pool/hottub/lounge area. On the ground floor there was a huge breakfast diner, a lobby bar, a snack/breakfast sandwich shop, an outdoor courtyard area with many tables and sloped lawn area with a Huge screen showing sports/ movies, a food court with a variety of cuisine, a sports bar, Italian restaurant and steakhouse. Oh and a lobby gift shop that feels like a stadium store. Courtesy car (although we never tried it). Baseball memorabilia/theme everywhere. Upon checkin there is a welcome drink plus free ice cream/floats every afternoon, s’mores kits, and a list of discounts/freebies at surrounding businesses. Every food/drink item we had there was great. And if you’re going to a game, there is a walkway that connects directly to a gate. We were blown away by this place and would 100% stay here again. Also staff were very friendly and helpful and quick to send up requested items.

Very minor gripes but need more than 2 Tiny waste baskets. Also could have used more towels (but found we could borrow some from the pool area). And you do need to let them know if you would like housekeeping services (not uncommon these days but should be a given in a place of this caliber).

Everything was nice. The room was modern and comfortable, overall. We had good food, good drinks, and killer complimentary draft beer upon check-in. Staff was very accommodating. If we needed something, we got it! The location of the hotel is awesome and there is lots to do within walking distance. We were there during NBA finals and the big screen was right outside our window! Overall, we had a great stay!

We could have used a chair in the room. The refrigerator rattled all night the first night so we turned it off. Staff offered to repair immediately upon being informed. We checked in at a busy time? During our stay we saw many people getting an intro/tour/overview of the hotel. We did not get that “perk.” Fortunately, we did fine on our own! Also, I requested an email of my receipt multiple times. I never received it. The check-in and check-out process could use improvement.

The proximity to McGregor Square and local coffee shops and restaurants, the comfortable beds, Starbucks in the hotel, lots of comfortable places to sit in and around the hotel and the whimsical decor.

The staff! They just didn’t portray any all-American hospitality. The front desk employees were flat, hardly smiled, didn’t welcome us or make us feel welcome and barely smiled. At check out all she said was “do you want an email of your receipt”, no thank you for staying or safe travels, etc. The restaurant was 1/4 full and after 3 staff members studied the seating chart for 3 minutes the hostess took us to the worst table in the restaurant (right near the door) we requested a booth and she agreed. While eating breakfast we noticed she tried 3 more times to seat that table and each guest requested a different table. I believe they have potential they just need more training and experience in hospitality and customer service.

Beautiful hotel, members of staff were polite & accommodating, car service was available within a 2 mile radius & our room view was beautiful.

The bed was HORRIBLE an absolute nightmare. I've never in my life been so uncomfortable. The matress had lumps and was sunk in on one side. I think the floor or a prison cot would have been more comfortable. This would be one TOP reason we wouldn't stay at the Rally again. Now that we're back home a massage visit is needed. This hotel could have easily gotten 5 stars from us but the bed gives it 3 stars & no revisits.

The breakfast at OG was excellent...great food and service. The hotel itself was wonderful as well as its location. Everybody at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We loved the decor and the amenities as well. The happy hour was nice and selection wasn't bad.

We were a little disappointed in the rooms. The sheets in the room with two queens had dog hair and black fuzz (hopefully not a bug as I swiped it right away with my hand as it startled me). The bathroom had a used glass with water in it so it hadn't been cleaned. A lot of crud (food, etc.) around base of beds as it hadn't been cleaned/vaccumed in a while. The beds and pillow were subpar for what you pay (but I understand that is preference). It was fairly loud one night as there was a game on at Tom's Watch Bar nearby. I understand the location but I would just let guests know about this. I would have asked for rooms on the other side of the hotel so I couldn't hear people partying as we had early mornings during our stay.

The beds are very comfortable. Liked the complimentary wine/beer during 4-6 daily. Heard the coffee/breakfast is very good but didn't get to partake in that. Views are amazing and conveniently located to many great restaurants in downtown Denver. There is a complimentary car that will take you around Denver within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. Used that a few times and it is so helpful especially when the weather is cold and you don't want to talk. The rooftop pool is AMAZING!! The ice skating rink is pretty cool too. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful!

The rooms were nice but no desks or work space. A little rickety table was placed in my room which was appreciated but not stable when typing on a laptop.

Great location, extremely clean and comfortable, wonderful staff! The Rally is a quick walk from Union Station and located in the LoDo area where there are a lot of shops and restaurants in immediate walking distance. The hotel also has a courtesy car that will take you to and pick you up from area attractions (within a small radius but it works great because there is so much nearby). It makes it possible to not rent a car and to not Uber or Lyft too much if you're staying in the city. The facilities were stylish and comfortable and exceptionally clean. We got a wonderful surprise and were upgraded to the two bedroom penthouse and it was fantastic - great views, awesome balcony, incredibly comfortable, wonderful amenities (ice machine and kitchenette in room, two room apartment). Beds and bathrooms were great too. The rooftop pool and s'mores kits added a great dose of fun even in mid-winter! And the happy hour ice cream and drinks in the bar were a treat. There are also two great breakfast options in the hotel. Thank you to Lauren and Thaddeus and the valet crew especially for making our stay extra special.

There was nothing we did not like.

Location was amazing. Hotel is gorgeous and new looking. The bed was very comfortable. The best part had to be the front desk staff! They were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Minor detail but the shower head could spray more water for how big the actual shower it. The water pressure is great and water gets nice and hot but quantity wise, could use more nozzles

The location and Hotel was very nice

We stayed there the night The Nuggets won . We hurried back to the Hotel thinking we cook eat there . They had nothing to offer and door dash couldnt get there finally a guy from doordash walked 3 blocks to deliver our pizza . It ws ice cold an hour and half later . There were many people doing the same. They should have thught this out more .
