The staff at the hotel were wonderful. Very attentive, personable and helpful. Rooms were very clean, beautiful and comfortable. They let us park there while on a train trip for 3 days and we just paid the daily parking fee. Great connected Restaurant too! Food is good and so is the wine!

2nd evening went to the Three Saints Revival Restaurant to eat dinner around 6pm on Friday 8/29. The hostess Les us to a bar height table. I kindly said, “ would we be able to sit at a regular table, I can’t sit on these bar stools due to my back”. She told us that she couldn’t without a reservation. I looked around the place and saw 3 people at the bar and only 3 tables being used. I said, what do you mean? Her exact words were, “we are almost fully booked, kinda”. I said, would it make a difference if we are staying at the hotel? She said, “we are not part of the hotel”. WHAT?! We left and ate somewhere else then had to walk back to the hotel after dinner.

The rooms were nice and supplies were good. The lobby is festive and the reception staff and the new valet (in particular) were very friendly.

The lack of room service was a dissapointment so we went for an (expensive) Uber eats. Interestly, a family member in another room had a card that indicated there was room service with the restuarant next door, but the receptionist told me there was none. I feel the cost of the room at nearly $400 was quite high (two beds in room) given no restaurant or room service and we were not told of the breakfast credit so went out to eat and paid breakfast.

I requested a room with two beds. Hotel said booking.com did not request a room with double beds. The hotel was sold out. No other rooms were available so I was informed. I checked the hotel website and it showed rooms with double beds available

My husband and I flew into Denver for an "all adult" trip, and we needed a hotel for 1 night close to Union Station. We looked at all the usual suspects, but didn't really like the price tags. So, we settled on Hotel Indigo. It was definitely the best decision we could have made. It's super convenient to the train station, only a 4 minute walk, and once we arrived we were checked in quite quickly. Once we reached the elevator we realized you can't go up unless you have a room card. This made us feel very secure. The best, and most fabulous thing, about the entire room was the bed and pillows!!! They were so comfortable, and both of us slept like a rock after a very long day of traveling. The decorations are nice, we loved the shower/bathroom, and everything was quite clean. WE would definitely recommend staying here!

The location could not have been better! We were walking distance to many restaurants/bars (including the pub where we were catching our CID shuttle to Red Rocks) and we were able to take the RTD train from the airport to Union Station (which was only a 5m walk away!). The hotel was also able to grant us early check-in, which was extremely helpful.

Nothing. Overall, our experience here was great. We will be keeping this hotel in our back pocket for any future trips to see concerts at Red Rocks.

The room had its own A/C control. The professional concrete with splashes of color here and there had a good vibe. The view was amazing in my opinion, but I'm also from a small town and had never been on the sixth floor of anything so take what I say with a bit of wonder and a pinch of salt. The building itself is withing three blocks of necessary shopping, restaurants with meat and veggie options, and your choice of cafes. The 16th Street Mall is a short walk away and the busses can do the rest for you!

I knew upon booking it that this was a "business centric" hotel, meaning that it had more of a professional instead of leisurely layout. Designed to be ergonomic and visually appealing with some aspects of comfort. That one was on me, though. The lack of a swimming area was a bit of a downer but like I said, business centric.

Great staff! Super helpful and friendly. And right next to the train station so if you are catching the Winter Park express or taking the train to union station from the airport you are in luck. I thought the train would be louder in the room because I am a light sleeper but I asked for a room away from the train and they accommodated me! but I will say.. I do agree with the other reviews that the heater is loud when it turns on. We ended up turning it off the second night so we wouldn’t be woken up and that worked pretty well. I willl definitely be back here soon!

When I checked in Friday night, I asked if Sat. breakfast really started at 7 AM like the email I had from Indigo stated. No, the breakfast started at 8 AM. I was staying later in the same week and asked if she could transfer the breakfast to that date since it did not include breakfast. Of course! OK, I could deal with that since time did not permit waiting until 8 AM. While the erroneous email confirming a 7 AM breakfast was disappointing, the lady who checked me in easily dealt with the issue. The hotel is well located relative to Union Station but could use better signage. At street level the only sign is a taped paper on a door located away from the main sidewalk. The personnel were fine and the room was just right in all ways.

Customer service was top notch, location was perfect, beds were comfortable and hotel itself looked nice. Front desk immediately offered to make changes to the reservation without having to be asked. Was also nice that they were able to bring us a microwave.

Heating was extremely loud in first room, also was awakened super early in the morning by noises coming from the gym, some supplies hadn’t been restocked in the room like bar soap for the shower or towels even though we specifically spoke to someone in housekeeping about only needing towels.
