The room is very comfortable, and the hotel is at walking distance to Union Station so it was perfect for us because we came from the airport using the A line and later went to board the Amtrak that goes to Winter Park. It is also pretty close to the children’s Museum and the Aquarium (we were traveling with 2 kids). The pool and the gym were amazing. We stayed 4 nights and were very pleased.

I wish it included breakfast ( they have it but you have to pay for it)but I knew this beforehand so it wasn’t a problem

Superb Staff, from the time you step on the property the Valet staff welcomes you with a smile. We arrived three hours early and the front desk held our luggage so we could have lunch and tour a little of downtown. The front desk was so accomodating with suggestions for touring, dinner, and shopping malls. Breakfast waiters and service is awesome. We ordered full service for the majority of our stay and a buffet for mornings where we booked tours. We ate at Wood Fishers four nights. Best meals we had our whole stay. Denver has the friendliest people, you guy's really know how to represent your town. We will definitely return.

The location is nice, around 5-7 minutes walking from the union station. The receptionist is great and friendly, especially a lady name Joy (hope didn't remember wrong) The room is great size and the bed is very comfortable, nice working desk area and equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee machine. USB charging, nice lighting and good clothes hanging area and full body size mirror. The bathroom is the best part, size is huge, walk in shower, nice toiletries set on the wall, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. The soundproof of the hotel is nice.

too bad the swimming pool is close for maintenance when we were there.

The staff at the front desk was awesome. Even though i had a confirmation with Booking.com for my reservation it was not showing up on the front desk check-in computers. The two lovely women working the front desk went out of their way to assure me that i would have a room, asked if there was anything they could get me while the straightened things out, and graciuosly accepted my luggage for holding so i could go wander the city before checkin.

We did not like the the breakfast was complimentary, or only available to club members. My husband would have really appreciated lobby coffee.

The room is nice and clean and just a few blocks from Union Station. The attached bar/restaurant has a great vibe.

The block or so around the location itself leaves a little to be desired.

they only provide two large towels and it took a while to get more. I think having 4 towels, 2 per person, is pretty standard. there is also some outdated carpet in the hotel that could use a refresh. really no major complaints. I would absolutely stay here again. I just know to ask for more towels upon arrival.

Confusion about included breakfast. Some dish choices were restricted, so I had to pay. This should be explained upfront.

Check in and out was easy. Location was close to everything. The rooms though...they were absolutely amazing and super clean. Beds were comfortable.

They increased the overnight parking a few weeks before my stay from $38 to $50 a night. The valet person was kind enough to tell us of an alternative and let us park while we checked in and unloaded our bags. There's a public parking lot within a block of the hotel.

Front-Desk Staff was great. Room was large, comfortable, and mostly clean except for a fair amount of dust on the bottom shelves of bedside tables. Noticed because my shoes and slippers were next to the bed. Other then dust room was great. Especially loved the 2nd floor outdoor terrace. Spent time out there reading and just enjoying the beautiful weather.

Making sure all surfaces in rooms are dusted especially lower/bottom shelves of bedside tables. Price was steep so any improvement in that area would be great.

The room was comfortable, staff was great - super friendly. Location is good for access to the city and the highway.

The shocker was the site says there is parking but doesn't tell you it costs money. Once I got the confirmation, it said I had to pay $38 a night for valet parking (which made it seem like that was my only option). Instead, I parked on the street a block away. They need to make it really clear what the parking options are on the site. I paid a LOT for the hotel and would expect parking to be included for the price!
