Clean and Simple with all amenities to stay.

Initially check in was tough , the electronic lock in front of the building was not working fine when I was trying to key in the passcode, thankfully a person working for the apartment helped me with keying in access. The electronic lock in front of the apartment building should have a sun shed on it , as it was difficult to see the electronic dial under daylight.

The property was clean and most of the amenities. The gym facilities are amazing and the location is super convenient

We extended our stay which was easy and the staff accommodating however the price offered was a lot higher than any other date is the coming few months by almost double which a shame

The look and feel of it. You feel like you are at your home away from home.

With the current construction in the area, the location is a bit hard to park at and get around.

Excellent place to stay we came down to watch broncos game after game we had no problem finding place and getting in .

The apartment was very roomy and well equiped with washing maching, dryer, dishwasher, etc. Excellent shower. For Denver, the accommodation offered good value for money - especially if you only require a place to sleep.

The location was in an area currently under development (slightly industrial feel) and as such it did not yet have much to offer in the way of restaurants, markets, etc. - it was a comfortable 15-20 minute walk into downtown for breakfast. It was not possible to make the bedroom completely dark because the blinds were not fully opaque. The layout was a little unusual in that the bathroom was between the bedroom and the walk-in robe; this wouldn't be an issue for a single person but it can pose some logistic challenges when there are two of you. The fitness centre did not offer an upper body weights machine, there were free weights, an exercise bike, a rowing machine, and elliptical/stair climbing machines. Exercise pads were maybe 5 mm thick and did not provide sufficient cushion from the floor for sit-ups.

Nice to have beds for 6 people, modern appliances, good location, safe and easy check in process.

The lights at the pool shine directly into the bedrooms and the black out curtains don’t actually do much for light. Tv didn’t work, you can’t use the amenities before check in so we didn’t get to use the pool.

Clean, ease of access to building and room. Plenty of space in the room to spread out. Did provide a slight discount due to all the issues we had - would have preferred to not have the issues in the first place.

Location. Bright lights and noise from the adjacent train coming in all night long. Right next to a giant homeless encampment. Difficult check in process as I got there early and needed to use their “cafe.” Virtual reception had to ask permission to get the door code and that took about 30min total. No additional bedding for the pull out bed, so one person had to sleep with just a sheet since no one on site at the time to help. No additional toilet paper, virtual reception told us we needed to go to the nearest super market which was a mile away.

Nice sized unit, new and clean

Location was next to the homeless tent area. And the Kasa Trust and Safety team make false allegations around smoking in the unit charging me $250 due to smell coming from a garbage can.
