Location can't be beat! Building feels safe and very clean. Nice and quiet. Neighborhood is a big plus with the park just outside the door and shops and restaurants around the corner. Quick responses to my questions from facilities. Fully stocked kitchen. Starbucks coffee machine outside the door is amazing.

Carpets were stained and some of the furniture and bathroom hardware was loose. The carpet in the closet was curiously damp in the corner. Some of the towels did not smell clean. The bedrooms were a bit dusty. Door lock beeps a lot. Not enough glasses.

Very comfortable, clean, quiet. Large rooms. Well equipped. I loved the free Starbucks coffee machine on each floor, too. The location suited us but it’s a quiet area. Perfectly safe day and night, but quiet. If you’re walking, it’s about 10 minutes from the railway station. Go out the back, down the street and over the bridge crossing the additional railway tracks. It’s easy.

No complaints. Not having a Kasa office in the building may be an issue for some. All communication is done online. But check-in instructions were clear and it was an easy process. You will need internet access around check-in time as your building and room access codes are only made available at that time. Provided you have it, it’s smooth sailing. Just something to think about if you’re from abroad and you’re not planning to use data roaming!

We liked the cleanliness of our room(s), it is a pretty new building. We appreciated the availability of dishes, the tea and coffee selection for the morning and were happy the staff worked with our room problem. Once we were able to talk with staff in person our problem was solved quickly and they were very, very nice. I mention later our room view was the train and transit train, however, the view of our first room was most likely other apartments. It all worked out.

We were pretty excited, we were granted an early check in, arrived at our room and were unable to enter it. There was a problem with the deadbolt. We sat in the hallway waiting for an actual person to assist us for about 90 minutes. My husband was on the phone several times before someone came to assist. We had to change rooms and buildings and our room view was the train.

Location was great. Apartment was very nice with comfortable beds. Coffee machines were amazing. Quiet area with a nice park across the street. A skate park is located just right up the street if you're interested in that. We had everything we needed in the apartment.

Had a sink issue when we arrived. Apartment smelled awful but got that resolved fairly quickly. Maintenance had to come back a second time to fix the dishwasher. Entrance is not well marked if you are not familiar with the building. Security staff was unhelpful when we had a problem with our elevator key.

very comfortable and spacious studio apartment, good in-room facilities. very good location with respect to the city, altho being across the tracks was a hassle, see other comments.

it was difficult to walk between the train station and apartment, due to having to cross the tracks via bridge, and the elevator of the main access bridge was disabled, and so a secondary bridge had to be accessed, late at night, in an uncomfortably back street area. we should have been alerted to this. the room numbering was very random, and our room #428 was no where near #427 or #429, very confusing and alarming late at night. we should have been provided with a floor map. there was no information in the apartment about the area, restaurants, food stores, etc. this sort of basic information is usually provided by the host, and we missed having it.

The location was excellent, near the park, 16th Street and lots of great food! The directions on how to check in were very easy to follow. The fitness room was nice to have and we enjoyed the coffee machine. Our room was quiet and comfortable.

The carpet in the bedroom was quite stained, but otherwise clean.

I loved the central location to Downtown...it was just a short walk to everything downtown had to offer and the free mall shuttle service. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and well equipped.

I didn't like the check in system as the links would not work. I eventually, with the help of a hotel I was staying at, got through by phone to a staff member who sent me a link that would not work. She told me if it was still unsuccessful to phone back. This was annoying as I was on a tour and had limited access to phones.

Location, amenities both inside and outside the apartment and Overall space of the unit. Kitchen appliances is well stock and with plenty of items if you need to use.

Bathroom Toilet for one of the rooms was clogged during all stay. I contacted the Kasa Management team, they sent a service technician to address the issue, and even after the service the Toilet kept clogged during the remainder of they stay. The Kasa Management Team didn't solve the issue and it made an unpleasant stay.

We loved the location of this apartment - just a 10 minute walk from Union Station and across the road from a beautiful park. We loved the amount of space in the apartment and having the kitchen space was fantastic. I was particularly delighted to find a kettle - it was great to be able to make a cup of tea at home! We loved that fact that there was also a coffee machine on the ground floor and at the elevators on the floor we were staying on.

Our only two minor complaints were that the wooden flooring has been fitted poorly and there are gaps between some of the slats and that the shower head is too low for people to stand under!

The location is nearby almost all the places I wanted to go. I was surprised that Kasa has a kitchen and ironing room, and even has some water and cookies as a welcome. The room is very clean. We can check in and check out so fast.

I did not check the policy carefully so it was my lack of awareness. I thought we could park in the building for free but realized later it costs $18. I think it is not too hard to find parking nearby.
