The fact it didn’t have its own spa treatment area working fulltime. We had to go down to the Hythe to get the experience we wanted. Also, we were travelling with kids, the S’mores pack gad to be paid for versus The Hythe that offered it for free, we stumbled across this as we went over to get a coffee.

Amazing valet staff. We were traveling in a large SUV with a car top carrier that was unable to be parked in the garage. The valet staff were so accommodating to us for our entire stay! Also love the shuttle service to the village. Great feature and so accommodating as well. Thank you for one of the best vacations we have ever had!

the staff/service. they made us wait until 17.30 until we got our room, eventhough we arrived on time before 16.00 as per check-in time. they also promised to inform us when the room was ready, but we never got the call. we only got the room after i asked, that was at 17.30

Staff was very friendly. Property was beautiful. Our residence was well appointed, comfortable and nicely decorated.

I really liked how each unit has it's own wifi. Own password etc. Was quick and worked well. The residences were large and beds were comfy. I think they allowed dogs, which made for some pet hair being in the unit. Besides that and the $55 per night charge for parking, things were great.

Paid parking is a joke. Especially when it's $55 per night!

We have fractional ownership at the Sebastian and love it there. Now we are considering joining the Marriott Destination Club so we can come back to the Ritz Carlton again. We have stayed at the Ritz in Maui and loved it, but the Ritz Carlton is way over the top as far as customer service and the staff. The first person to greet us was Daniel in valet who I will never forget. I have never met such a genuine and friendly gentleman who truly cares about the customers. He treat me and my family as royalty. Jackson and Logan are the other two people who treated us as royalty. Jackson had remembered us being Vail previous years and went out of his way for us. Awesome young man aiming to please. And of course Logan the star of the Ritz Carlton who went out of her way to please my family. Logan is genuine and has the best customer service skills ever. She was always aiming to go above and beyond for me and my family during our stay. We did not want to check out. We cannot wait to come stay at the Ritz Carlton again and again if only one of the owners rent out their property again. We live in Boulder as we have for many years (I am a native of Colorado and did get married in Vail) and come to Vail often.

The Steam room in the Women's locker room downstairs where the workout room is, never worked the whole time during our stay even though we reported it at the beginning of our stay. But the men's steam room was always running.

A lux property with boot room to keep ones ski boots at night, and ski valet right by the lift. Pleasant live performance at the hotel bar everyday at 5. Our condo is beautifully decorated. Nice outdoor pool and hot tubs to relax.

This could have been a 10 out 10 experience. The staff mishandled one of our snowboards. They eventually located it the next day, causing unnecessary inconvenience and anxiety.

It was a beautiful property, room lovely, location great! I would stay here again.

Booking.com said the 3 bedroom residence slept 10 but there was only one queen or king per room = 6p. We had to throw a person on couch and a blow up mattress . 🙄 This wasn’t a ritz problem but a booking.com problem. The residences are also managed by different co so ritz couldn’t fix problem. Our residence was managed by vail resorts. Also note: gym & spa is in lower level so no views while working out, etc.

Great service of staff

No proper restaurant in the club. Units need renovation.

Very clean, staff was very kind and helpful, especially the valet.

A little farther from the village than I’d like.
