Beautiful hotel with atrium. Large comfortable room with excellent tv.

Lighting is poor in the room. Could use make up mirror in bathroom and bath rug. No restaurant in hotel.

The atrium and seating was our favorite place to relax. The tropical garden is stunning! Comfortable beds, lots of outlets, and a clean remote! Tv channel options were great, and super clean shower. Pool and hot tub were great, the towels were large and soft unlike other pool hotels. The bar and restaurant were closed but we were thankful you could still sit and eat so we didn’t miss out - the garden atrium was a big reason we stayed there!

The hotel was really wonderful, there were only 2 things we had a hard time with. (1) There was no lamp or light in the corner of the room by the table which made the room very dark in the evening even with all the other lamps on - too dark to read/play a game. We had to keep the windows wide open to make the room bright enough. (2) Parking is way overpriced - this hotel is not downtown on a city street, it’s next to a shopping plaza, paying 20+ a night for parking was ridiculous.

The rooms and soft furnishings were crisp and clean which is always a great indicator of quality. The staff all around were polite and very helpful.

Super cold in the atrium area. It was also not clear why breakfast and dinner were provided in “to go” bags when the renovations they talked about had not begun. some of my friends wanted to come and have brunch but changed their mind. The to go breakfast was pricey and a delivery charge of $5 a rip off.

The $20 charge per day for parking was unexpected and unacceptable.

Love the indoor heated salt-water pool! Friendly staff. Extremely clean rooms, spaces. LOVE the beautiful indoor garden/atrium.

Dogs barking at night and children yelling in hall. Pets need to be on their own level. Requested a robe before arriving(on initial booking)and had to ask again to get it. Parking fee too high. Push-carts need to be by rear entrance for luggage. Parking lot needs to be re-surfaced.e a

We booked the room to include breakfast and it did not disappoint. We ordered a lot of quality breakfast food which was delivered to our room. You can’t eat in the restaurant due to Covid but it was fine. I also thought it was really cool and unique that the hotel has a stream with bridges and lots of trees and foliage inside the hotel. It felt like you were in an outside garden! They also had a nice fitness Center, pool and hot tub.

the location was excellent for visiting family for the thanksgiving beds were comfortable. the lobby was like a rain forest beautiful.

for the first impression on the lobby, my expectation for the hallway and the rooms to be as impeccable as that was inaccurate. the room was spacious. yet the sheets did not properly fit the bed, the chaise had a stain as did the lamps in the room and the bathroom and the ventilation did not work very well. the cost of the self park was outrageous for the lot that sat outside the front door of the hotel. nine of the restaurants were open considering that masks are not required and other hotels in the areas did have their dining areas open it was disappointing. $11 for a yogurt parfait delivered in a paper bag to your room because there is not even a way to pick it up downstairs .

The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The whole ambiance of the Hotel was very relaxing.

My bathroom was very small. the toilet was so close to the door entrance and shower was too small. Not much turn around space. It was very claustrophobic for me. I would suggest expansion of the bathroom and making the room for a king size bed with a couch.

Things seemed a bit run down. Indoor atrium trees overgrown, pool tiles needed scrubbing, shower vents needed cleaning. Parking lot was in poor repair and needs to be re-paved. Hard to find trolleys to transport luggage/belongings.Also, too many pets everywhere--these guests and their animals should have their own floor and pay extra.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Hotel pool and hot tub were clean and maintained as well. We did enjoy our stay here. Only about 10 minutes from downtown Stamford.

The fact that you have to pay to park here is ridiculous. There is no reason for it. You pay enough for the room itself. The bar/restaurant is also closed for renovations. The least they can do is give free parking.
