This property is showing its age. The room needed spiffing up and minor repairs to accessories in the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen equipment was minimal and would have been inadequate if we had tried to cook. In general, we visit friends and family in the Stamford area and the location and parking were fine, but it was overpriced.

The property is showing its age. The desk was helpful, but breakfast was quite limited and coffee wasn't replenished as quickly as we needed.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and kind, the hotel was clean and very cozy, the location was central yet mostly quiet, and they even had cats in the lobby which absolutely made the stay even better!

You can tell it’s a bit dated, and I wish there was maybe a brighter overhead light in the room. But besides being extremely nit picky, it was great.

The room is huge and so nice! The staff were amazing, especially Kayla at the front desk so helpful and friendly! There are even cat residents who reside in the front lobby and that is a 10 in my books. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Only thing is when arriving the room is cold but it heated up very fast

The continental breakfast was adequate--nothing spectacular, but decent. The location was great for us. It was near downtown Stamford with shopping and restaurants nearby. Also near the hospital which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The guest laundry facility was helpful.

There were a number of things that needed repair. The dishwasher in our room leaked water and could not be used. The pots and pans, and cooking utensils in the room were very limited--only 3 small pots, no frying pan. We went out and bought a frying pan, and then were told by the housekeeping staff that we could have requested one. We asked for a cookie sheet, but they never brought it. A light was burnt out which we called to their attention, but they never fixed/replaced it. Batteries in the TV remote controls were dead. They replaced them about 24 hours after we called it to their attention (apparently they had no replacement batteries on hand).

Spacious rooms, good decor, but could be updated or touch up painted here and there.

Needs to be refinished. Has lots of potential! Suite rooms were depicted a lot cleaner and painted better than they were. Had a stain on the couch cushion that I shampooed myself before my family sat or slept on it. The Bed drape across the mattress he multiple stains. Bathroom had cheap looking countertops that lacquer was peeling away.

Location was great and the room felt comforting. Furthermore, Brianna provided excellent service, she was very respectful, polite and helpful. She also made sure my guest and I felt right at home.

We paid for a room and got way more! It’s so spacious! We had a full kitchen, dining room, living room and a killer view! The little details were also very cute!

Our bedroom light bulbs were out but we were fine.

Maybe add 2nd pot of coffee and some pastries.

As a smoker, maybe use the empty patio in the rear of the building and place outdoor chairs and tables. Currently sitting along side of building.

the breakfast was ok need waffle iron or toaster. something hot or oatmeal. maybe tea. George foreman Grill.

The room was massive. A separate living kitchen area. One bedroom. Clean and comfortable
