I like that it had a unique look as compared to most hotels where everything is white and tan. Gave off a more modern and cozy vibe. The staff were super nice, offered convenient digital keys, and complementary coffee. All of the major restaurants were less than 5 mins away as well as a shopping mall. Great hotel and great location.
No dislikes. Just a tip there is a parking garage around the corner from the hotel that is much cheaper than the hotel parking and is still convenient.

After a misunderstanding over the room location, which was very noisy due to major construction, the manager went out of his way to make it right. Such a smart way to do business and inspire customer loyalty because we'll definitely be back.

Awesome interiors in the room, all brand new, nice staff, convenient location close to downtown and I-95.
Futile breakfast. Hard to access ramp for strollers. Shampoo and shower gel were empty. Sealed windows (like in 99% of American hotels).

The hotel is very clean and very stylish, I loved everything about it. The staff were all really nice and very helpful.
The only thing that I didn't like is that there were two chairs in my room that seemed out of place. It felt like they were supposed to be with a table that maybe had been removed. I wish the table was there.

I love dogs, but not when they are barking or whining right on our floor. Luckily, they were quiet through the night. It was just sad to hear them so upset when they were left alone in their rooms.

The only negative was the lack of parking. But we were able to park on the street for free until 8am. We arrived at 1am and expected to have to use the remote check in but were greeted warmly and found the accommodations modern, clean and classy

Perfect place for dogs AND people! Small hotel, modern clean facilities,Beds are super comfy, no carpet (cleanliness), AM coffee to the room. Downtown location. They do have a garage and valet park. Bowl of water and treats for dogs in the lobby.
Breakfast not included raises the price of the stay quite a bit.

It smelt so clean and cozy . They had complementary champagne waiting for us in the bedroom to celebrate our one year anniversary!
