Convenient location to airport and they provide shuttle services to the airport by a private vehicle and employee of the property

While it appears updates are on going the floor in my room either was improperly installed or needs to be replaced. Large gaps in between the boards could cause injuries. The vanity light could also be replaced as it is starting to show rust spots. Either the AC unit needs maintenance or the Mimi fridge needs to be repaired as one of those units was very loud in its cycles. Just not what I expected from a Days Inn or Wyndham property

Loved waking up and having breakfast and coffee while watching the airplanes and so did my grandsons. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a nice chat with the grounds keeper while he was taking care of the flowers.

One side of the hotel was a mess with liquor bottles (which did get cleaned). There was smell of cat urine when passing by a couple of rooms on the 2nd floor by room 236.⁹

For breakfast I can make myself a waffle...and the room had some space. On a main road to quick food options that could be walked to.

The basic breakfast was well posted to be eaten only in the dining room. I did not try to bring food upstairs FYI. These are affordable rooms, but no one is going to sweep the house clean of jelly packets or cheap bagels. Please just let me enjoy a waffle (I made myself) and coffee in my room. It is uncomfortable to dine w strangers or watch longer term tenants grabbing a super rushed bite before their work transportation leaves. I acknowledge everything problematic in this review, but sometimes I just want to be in my own space to enjoy breakfast, queer or not.

Location has made me choose this property in the past, and this trip again made it #1. I fly from California. I prefer to fly from Long Beach. Only one daily flight on Southwest makes that trip in one day. It involves 2 planes each way. Each is a 737. I prefer that to American's earlier flight with more stops. The aircraft from and on return to Long Beach are Canadair flown by Mesa Airlines. The larger aircraft are much preferable to me. Southwest tends to be late as afternoon progresses. That means that car rental may not be open when they arrive. With a motel near the airport an accepting arriving customers 24/7 I have much greater peace of mind. This property also offers a "free" shuttle to the airport beginning at 0400 daily.

This property does not attract high end customers, but everything I need is available, and I have never heard of assaults and bad behavior.

I liked location, friendly staff, great to have light breakfast. I was there for my grandsons graduation party, they live in Tariffville so nice and close

The only thing that could be better is the tub had what appeared to be mold / mildew not much but enough to notice it shouldn't take much to fix it.

Its proximity to the airport, such nice & accommodating staff, & we got there early & they let us check in early. SO thoughtful. They have a free van to & from the airport & they took us at 4:20 am. How is that for fabulous! And breakfast. Saturday night they had cookies for after dinner or a late-night snack. Coffee & tea always ready.

I wish they’d had a stationary bike and either elliptical or treadmill. Regardless, it’s a safe area so I walked around instead. Lots of restaurants nearby to walk or drive to.

We needed an affordable hotel next to the airport with free shuttle service. We were able to catch at 4:00am shuttle. The hotel is clean, but old and tired looking. The rooms felt the same, but everything worked. The staff was very helpful, and they had affordable snacks at the front desk. The free cookies were a hit with the kids.

It could use a face lift, tired looking. With the humidity on a hot August day, there was a musty smell, but the AC worked.

Great location to BDL with shuttle service.

A bit outdated and the room smelled a little skunky thanks to weed legislation in CT. Prior occupants smoking anything in a non- smoking room should have to pay a hefty fee. otherwise a great value

The front desk staff were friendly and caring. The parking is excellent. Breakfast was good. The Wi-Fi speed was pretty good. The USB charging outlets were helpful.

The water from the shower was always lukewarm or cold. We could not enjoy a hot water shower. The cleaning of the rooms was done on every alternate day based on request.
