Best recent airport stay near Bradley Airport in Hartford, convenient, easy shuttle access, 24 hour desk, room was clean, updated, had all necessary items, breakfast better than most included breakfasts at Bradley airport hotels.

I was in a room that had a connecting door to another room, which was locked and blocked off by furniture but furniture did not entirely block sound from the other room, So I was awakened by a TV in the next room at 5:30 am (after a 1 a.m. checkin after a late arriving flight. Overall hotel was quiet but doors between rooms need better soundproofing, even if they are not being used.

We stayed only for a night. Breakfast was available but we didn't use the option. The room was spacious and clean, had a TV and a fridge. I did like that I had the opportunity to wash some of our clothes. There is a small fee for using the washing machine and the dryer. The hotel sells washing powder too.

The room with the washing facilities wasn't on our floor and had hardly any ventilation. Otherwise I was happy with the rest of the hotel.

Location was great you had restaurants, convenient stores and gas stations within walking distance of the hotel.

The pillows are very soft so they just flatten soon as you lay on them, so it was a little difficult falling asleep because the pillows were very supportive.

Was charged a $50 fee in addition to the room cost. Didn’t find out about it until it was added at time of check-in. Asked about it when I say it on my receipt. This was not our first stay at a LaQuinta but the time with this fee.

We were brought from the airport to the hotel by shuttle bus. It came very quickly after our landing in the night. Hotel room nice, clean and big enough. Breakfast was very good and broad. You could make a choice of 3 kinds of coffee. In the lobby you could use a hotel computer and the printer.

It was so close to the airport and to food restaurants. The shower was excellent! Nice service, Good Hot and assorted Breakfast! Easy access to the highway. So centric.

The night lady at the Front Desk no so nice. Second night there was a group of young guys slamming doors and speaking so loud on the halls at 1;00am. No one noticed or didn't did anything.

The room was clean. The price was decent.

The only thing that we had to address, was someone came down with their water bottle and put their water bottle under the apple juice tap to fill their Poland Spring bottle! With COVID, they need to just go to bottle you can take and not juice you can pour. That was really gross! Also, the person running the dinning area, needs to clean the tables for others. They were not clean!

Manager at check in was great. She even checked my roo to make sure it had a handicap shower.

I forgot the charger to my apple watch and the one for my tens unit. I called the front desk when I got home and was told housekeeping said they weren't there.

Friendly staff, clean and well maintained, location convenient to Bradley airport. Reasonable rates.

Beds were small - smaller than regular queen size. There is noise from other rooms - suggest staying in a room at the end of the hall. We stayed in room 130 which was quiet and near a convenient side entrance/exit.

Clean, comfortable room, good lighting, great location.

Staff were okay but didn't seem particularly motivated or interested. With just a little effort they could make guests feel more welcome. Would be nice to have a grab & go breakfast option for guests with very early flights.
