great location , ok breakfast, clean rooms

unfortuntely we shortened our trip when checking in as we were informed after driving down 10 hours in the rain that our property had a small flood and the staff said no problem and just to advise her the night before departure. There were no extra charges or penalties. At check out a 71$ was added for earlier departure after staying 3 nights and leaving 2 nights earlier. Staff said it was due to Booking.com but after speaking with them they confirmed there was no penalty fee coming from booking.com . The staf member said the manager was not there and that on the 23 of July he will adress the matter and correct our bill. Looking forward to getting our credit but nothing up to now.

Surprisingly generous. There was not only fresh and packaged muffing. Cereal, many juice choices. There was waffles AND eggs and sausage. I didn't not expect that due to Covid. (Other Hotel do not serve during these times) Thank you Started our morning off great.

We booked with Booking.com, requested an early check in time - between 10 - 11am. Booking noted even though the hotel cannot guarantee the early check in time, they would do what they can to accommodate us. WELL, once at the hotel arrival at 10am they said since we didn't book through them directly - they would not give us an early check in unless we paid and early fee of $25.00 We came back around 2pm and we did get our room then, but the bill was $1.50 more than noted on my booking.com receipt. No reason provided why from the hotel staff..

The location is great. The rooms are excellent with very good space. The building is clean and quiet. Perfect spot to get a good rest after a full day doing outdoor sports in the area. It was my first time in this Comfort Inn at Milford. Definitely, I'll choose it again. Best value.

Everything was good! I felt very comfortable staying in this place. I spent 4 nights at Comfort Inn and there is no complaint. I used to go every day to Henlopen Park (it's a beautiful place to do running, ride a bike and enjoy the beach) located just 25 minutes from the hotel by car. The traffic in the area is smooth, people are nice and I had great 5 days there. I'll do it again.

We had a queen suite with 2 queen beds, a living room and 2 tvs. The room was very clean and smelled clean. Check in was a breeze. The location of the room was perfect for us. We liked the location, there were plenty of places to eat locally. Breakfast was a take and go, microwaveable jimmy dean sausage croissants, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee. Don't expect a hot buffet style breakfast.. Also, we like the brand because of the consistency between hotels.

Beautiful hotel, nice suite. Despite having the the air conditioner turned all the way up, it got very warm. We closed the doors to the other room to keep the air in but we wound up sleeping without the blankets. Not a complaint, just a comment. The room was worth it's value.

This has been one of my best stays so far! The room was exceptionally clean and visually appealing! All of the amenities from continental breakfast, pool and ice machines worked , were available and what restrictions were in place were explained in full! The staff was outstanding and very helpful. The building was well cared for, which was apparent the moment you entered the front door. The price was excellent and you receive more than you could ask for!

I can not think of a thing I did not like!

I loved the location, the queen suite was big enough for my family of five, and staff was always super accommodating if we needed anything.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, we had to layer it with several blankets. the large fridge wasn’t cold, we had to use the freezer or smaller fridge to store things. still no continental breakfast however they had microwaveable sandwiches which were great.

Comfort Inn, in my experience, has always been a good value for the $$$. Excellent, Professional staff, very clean rooms, I understand Covid has made it more difficult for all. Breakfast was grab n go but had a good selection considering. Staff was doing its very best to provide a safe, clean space in difficult times. Well done. This Inn is situated near Delaware beaches my friend and I were visiting for the horseshoe crab spawning. Close to Slaughter Beach, DuPont Nature Center, Bowers Beach, and not far from Cape Henlopen.

Due to Covid the pool was closed and the breakfast was not the usual excellent fare, it was grab n go, but was the best that might be expected under the circumstances. Still a good selection of coffee, yogurts, muffins etc. Had issues with internet on phone. Did get wifi password on room key, but someone saying it out loud to me would have been useful as I misinterpreted three numbers as letters, and a small letter was written as a capital.

Had a suite and it was wonderful. Had plenty of space and able to move around freely. Had plenty of space to store our belongings and now have them in the way

would have been great to have a 2nd bathroom in the room. It was big enough that there could easily have been

The room was laid out very nicely for our family. with the main bed room and then the sitting area and another sleep area.

we did not have a breakfast nor where we able to be in the pool area longer then a hr. with the covit 19 i understand but then there is no discount when you do not get all the services. also we had to pay a 100 deposit i have never paid this before in all the years i have been staying at hotels. and we are yet to get our deposit back from the hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was great for the kids and the room set up was good for a family.

There was not a coffee maker in the room and the door was challenging to lock. Also the room needed for TLC with paint and furnishings.
