Upon walking in I was greeted by Andy. He had great customer service and made sure he went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. We had a little issue at check it, however he was on top of it before I even knew there was an issue. I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone thinking about staying here. Their breakfast is good also. You have the choice of strawberry or regular waffles…they even have a few toppings to where you can create your own! Overall, great service, clean establishments, great location!

Everything was great; no complaints here!

The full breakfast had a good variety of food options. There were different selections each day. The blackout shade really blocked out the light. The room was very quiet to outside noises.

The door slammed hard when closing. It needs to be adjusted so when people come in late or early in the morning it doesn't disturb others.

Always clean property, clean rooms and courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast is always a plus plus and my favorite part is check in when you go to your room and they have your name on the tv welcoming you 😀

Quiet, comfortable and easy access.

Price was way higher 2x plus higher than surrounding properties when we price matched for another night so we decided not to stay there another night, the value wasn’t matching the prices, some of the breakfast staff were not pleasant.

We were able to check in a little early. Cookies were a nice treat.

TV streaming was poor both night of check in and morning of check out (picture and sound erratic). Would like to see coffee creamers in large pump bottles rather than small individual containers.

the location was good for us. we wanted to be near family we were visiting. can not say otherwise. staff was great. it was clean. comfortable bed.

Breakfast was great, the front desk was friendly, and the facilities were clean.

I don't have any particular dislikes about this hotel. The hotel was clean, and the location was good because of the stores around it.

THE CLEANINESS & CLOSE PROXIMITY

WHEN I MADE MY RESERVATION I REQUESTED THAT I NEEDED TO CHECK IN BTWN 1-2PM, HOWEVER I DIDN'T MAKE IT UNTIL 2:15. "GRACE" TOLD ME WE COULDN'T CHECK IN UNTIL 3 EVEN THOUGH I HAD REQUESTED. SHE ADVISED NO ROOMS WERE CLEAN. I HATE WHEN PEOPLE LIE TO ME. 1ST OFF IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY ROOMS AVAILABLE AT 2:15 SURELY THERE WILL NOT BE ENOUGH CLEAN AT 3 WHEN EVERYONE ARRIVES. HAD TO COME BACK AT 3. STOOD IN LINE BEHIND 6 PEOPLE. SO ALL THESE ROOMS MANAGED TO GET CLEANED BTWN 2:15-3PM. HOGWASH. "GRACE" TOLD ME THAT THERE WERE LUGGAGE CARTS - NEVER SAW THE 1ST ONE OUR ENTIRE STAY. TIGHTEN UP CUSTOMER SERVICE

The breakfast was amazing! I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel, especially the rooms. The walls are sound proof! The wall for my bed was directly behind the elevators and I heard nothing! The view of the lake and open field was very soothing and just what I needed to fuel my creativity while working on my projects. I plan to visit again with the family.

I was a little upset when the housekeeper knocked once then opened the door. I placed a sleeping sign on the doorknob and it was disregarded. I felt a little violated granted I was fully dressed and working at the desk area. She proceeded to ask for soiled towels and still tried to take the towels I told her I was not finished using. I didn't receive an apology from her nor did she have a face mask on as should stood inside my room inches from me. Everything happened so fast, I was taken aback. I didn't inform management since my deadline was all I could think of. I only hope this incident doesn't happen to someone else. This was my only complaint and will by no means affect my decision to stay here in the future.
