The staff were able to accommodate our check in time and they were helpful with recommendations for restaurant suggestions. The room was very comfortable and roomy with two bathrooms and a little kitchen nook. The décor in the room was dated and could be updated but it was still nice. We like the option of sitting by the pool or going to the beach. Breakfast was not included but we had two options to choose from, either Denny's across the street or Mom & Pops on the resort. Overall, it was a great stay.

Wifi signal could have been stronger. The TV kept freezing and buffering. We kept loosing the WIFI connection on our phones as well. The door to our room needed to be upgraded as it didn't look too secure.

This hotel is a hidden gem. My son loved it. Has a lot of imenities and is conveniently by the beach. They have tennis, racket ball, and lots of other fun things for kids. The little mom and pop restaurant has great food and all is reasonably priced. The room and hall way smelled a bit strong but once you get passed that it's a great stay. I will definitely return.

I didn't like the smell of the room and the hall way in the hotel. The check in staff was a bit rude. And you had to ask for everything like towels and a blow dryer. I had to pick up the blow dryer in the lobby.

It has a towel service which is nice. It is close to the beach so that was the reason we booked here. The hot tubs and pools are nice. The pool with the hot tub was always busier. There are food services by the main pool which was also great! The beds were comfortable.

The rooms are very dated. The main buildings by the beach are time share rooms. These are the pictures they show you when booking. We did not have a room by the beach but it was a short walk. We stayed in the hotel section. They give you an actual key to access your room.

Great for a 1 nights stay. Would definitely consider a longer stay. Great old-school resort vibe

The pools were nice, warm and clean. Heated pools is a must for our family. Weather is usually warm in FL but when its not....you still want to be able to go in a warm pool when on vacation. These pools were defintely heated. The bar/snack bar at pool is great. Lots of choices for drinks and food. The cafe is great. Breakfast was awesome. Beach access is so easy. The rooms are not the most modern but for the price and the proximity to the beach...its not a bad value. Rooms have comfortable clean beds, microwave and fridge and tv and clean bathroom. Simple needs for a not too pricey beach getaway.

The resort was right behind the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There were 3 of us so we rented the one bedroom suite. I opted to sleep on the sofa sleeper. The mattress was worn out and should be replaced.

Room was clean, good location. Staff was friendly. Other people at hotel were nice and friendly. Happy to have WiFi. Pool was nice also.

Sheets and towels were all super stiff. Felt like they were washed in a ton of starch. Doesn't feel good or comfortable AT ALL on skin after being in sun all day. Also, would advise front desk staff to check online prices before driving impromptu customers out of the door. I walked in earlier in the day to ask for prices for a room and was told $210 with tax. I said no and walked out. When I was laying on the beach 2 hours later I booked a room online through Priceline for $169. Don't you all have to pay Priceline a fee now? Maybe think of a smarter way to book walk ins so you're not paying a middle man....

Looked like pool would be nice (did not use because of weather). Room was large. Bed felt small but we are used to king size. Walk to beach not bad from building A. Great to see SpaceX launch from beach. Liked the 3 to 6 happy hour at nearby Hilton tiki bar and grill. No road noise at our building. Easy Uber from cruise ship

Dennys across the street more expensive than usual Dennys. ($40 for two breakfast). Not an easy walk to grocery store, other stores (would be fine if you have a car). Room smelled fine but indoor hallway was a bit musty. Would have been better experience with better weather. Would have been nice to have beach chairs

Love the resort, the tiki bar, mom & Pops restaurant, the two pool areas with hot tub, rooms were nice and roomy with little kitchen, beach access right off the parking lot of the resort, close to everything and the staff was Wonderful, Especially Bridget.

The only thing we didn't like was the pull out couch, the mattress was thin so uncomfortable for sleeping. Wish the little Apt had two double beds. And the other thing was Don't Eat at Gregory's Steak house we had a bad experience there other than that we loved our time there and will be back.

i really enjoyed the obvious value the property placed on clean. our room was exceptionally clean-the bedding, the bathroom, the floors, etc. and my pillows were firm, soft and comfortable!

i did not like the lack of technology. who uses an actual real key to open the door ti our room? and not only that but it was weird to return the key to the office before u leave. also, late checkouts are NOT allowed. in fact, u have to leave at 10am instead of the normal 11am. its an adjustment from a normal hotel to a ‘resort’.
