We found it was very clean and the essentials were fine. All staff was very accommodating and friendly. Exceptionally clean, good beds, linens, pillows, well stocked with towels, toiletries, dishes, glassware, utensils, sink, cabinets, stove with oven, small fridge, air conditioner, outdoor tables, chairs, grills for use, sun umbrellas and quite quiet. Plus a private access to a great beach just 50 yards away. Good beach view too from the room. We saw two launches from the Space center practically outside our door. We're hope to get a better room next time we stay.

The room was very outdated and was not typical of most of the room pictures online. HOWEVER, with all the positives we decided to stay and hope to get a better room next time. time we go.

I adore this vintage hotel! Our room was spacious and bright, super comfortable beds. I love the common area and the fact that you can just walk out onto the grass to a BBQ, the swing, or the beach! And being able to sit out in the warm evening air and just listen to the waves was incredible. Coming from Canada this was a unique experience and I loved it! Easy walking distance to town and the restaurants. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

While I understand that people are free to smoke outdoors, being neighbors to a couple who also wanted to sit out but smoke in the evening was not ideal for me. Wish there was a designated smoking area away from the rooms. But again, where I live, this is not allowed and I understand that the USA has different regulations.

Location was fantastic, lovely beach, walking distance to a cluster of bars and restaurants, particularly Coconuts on the Beach. It was exactly as we expected an old Florida beachfront room to be, but as a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and 2 sitting areas and spacious closets, it's great value for a family. The value is exceptional for beachfront. There's only one 2-bedroom - the others are single rooms.

Don't expect a modern hotel-like experience - it's more like a comfy family apartment. We don't know about the single rooms. If you're going for a rocket launch, you'll want to stay further north or drive up and park closer.

The location couldn't be better. The room was very clean and comfortable. I love the smaller mom and pop hotels, and this did not disappoint. If you are looking for big and fancy, go elsewhere. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, and made me feel at home. Everything you could need was either in walking distance, or a few miles. Beachfront, beachfront, beachfront 🥰

I didn't like the size of refrigerator, and freezer. For someone who eats in, it's not enough space. Just a small suggestion, a small table outside with the chairs at room would be nice.

The location was wonderful. Just a short walk onto the beach. The room was somewhat clean. Could tell the floor in the bathroom was not mopped well because of the outline where the trashcan was. The beds were comfortable! View from my room was not pleasant. Looked onto the parking lot on one side and straight into a banana tree on the other. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would go back. They should provide more information on leaving policy. No key drop for early departure and since I had borrowed a blow dryer, I was one hour later departing, because I thought I had to wait on the office to open. Departure instructions are important if you want to leave before 9:30 am!

The unit was old but very clean overall. I could tell that the bathroom had not been mopped properly, but overall everything was good. Departure instructions should be available upon arrival. A key drop would be great! Don't like leaving the door open and the key in the room or in the door because I do not want to be responsible should someone else enter and break or take something that I would then be charged for.

Adorable old school motel. Very 60s beach vibe and I loved it. Property is well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and had real pillows, shower had excellent water pressure.

The only slight inconvenience we had was getting a ride from the hotel. Ride share folks didn't want to come to that end of the beach. If you are using ride share, plan an extra few minutes for transportation.

We stayed for one night on our way to Kennedy Space Center (30 min drive). When we checked in, the manager was very friendly. She upgraded our room to an ocean view. There is a private entrance to the beach. The room was small, but very clean. The beds were comfy. When we checked out in the morning, the manager remembered my name. You won’t get that kind of service at a big hotel!

The temperature control in the shower was awful. It would start out warm then switch immediately to cold then immediately to scalding hot. It was very diffident to find the “sweet spot”. It was hard for my kids to take a shower because the water temp kept changing.

I liked to view of the beach. I did pay for a room to face the beach and that isn't the room that I received. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. There were resturants within walking distance. We went to an English Pub nearby. The sunrise was very picturesque.

The parking area was cramped luckily the hotel wasn't full. If the hotel had been full then there wouldn't be anywhere to park, unless there is overflow parking. Also the hotel needs to have a sign for the parking lot because it is very hard to see at night.

This place was amazing! Just feet from the beach, private entrance to beach,let us borrow umbrella so we didn't continue to get burnt by the sun while still enjoying the beach,staff was amazing, outside pavilion with grills,lots of picnic tables and chairs,outside shower,had everything needed to cook and clean like sponge,drying rack and dish soap,plates, silverware cups and pots and pans,room was super clean and nice and cool! Remote to AC was a nice plus! Loved this place and the vibe was just what you would want!! Right on the beach!! I've stayed at expensive fancy hotels and I would pick this place over them hands down! The front desk lady even printed us directions to the nearest bait shop!!! We won't stay anywhere else at Cocoa Beach again!!!

The beds were alittle hard but the pillows were awesome! The parking was alittle tricky since we are in a truck.

Its a very nice place. Very reminiscent of the old Florida style. The room was redone, but still retained that feeling. Location was right on the beach, easy access. And close enough to the Cocoa Pier and Ron Jons and that area with a short drive.

The bed was a bit lumpy. The wall unit air conditioner was difficult to dial in to a good temperature. Got a bit cold in the room at night. And - water pressure was low - though to be fair, almost every beach accommodation I've been to with the exception of the higher priced hotels has had that particular issue
