I enjoyed my stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. I’m disabled and they were very accommodating and friendly. My reasons for NOT returning to an Avid property, would have nothing to do with any of them. I have been an IHG member since 1995. It’s one of the reasons I stayed at the property.

The only thing that could’ve made us better was if your establishment had the wrist key equivalent to when I stay at a Wyndham resort. As I stated, I am disabled, and I do not have the use of my hands so though I managed to open the door with the key, however I had to do so, by holding the key in my mouth which I shouldn’t have had to do. It’s humiliating and demeaning. It’s also the only reason that I wouldn’t return to an Avid establishment. If you had the wristlet key that would not have been necessary. Even if they were optional for those that are disabled, elderly or those with small children, it’s something that makes an establishment stand out and something you should consider very much so. FYI it’s what I’m offered at every Wyndham property I stay at.

The location was perfect for visiting friends in IRCC. All of the staff were very kind, friendly and fun to speak with... Please reward the staff at this hotel for the highest marks in your system. They were fun, kind and generous.

You actually do need to tell people that they can put the light blocking blinds down. Also, when you host a large group of middle school or older travel teams, some rules or audible controls need to be in place to keep the noise down. Please don't expect your staff to "police" the property.

The avid hotel is a modern-style hotel with all facilities you need. The beds were large and spacious, the blinds in the windows could be closed to fully darken the room for the night and the bathrooms were nice and clean. There is a self-service breakfast with nice items and tea/coffee all day long. Staff on site was always very nice and helpful. The location is very convenient with the highway and a large shopping area close by. Though some noises from the cars (more from the parking lot) can be heard, the rooms are quite and we had a good nights sleep.

We forgot an item in our room, which we would have liked to get back. We wrote, but the Hotel never answered. Fortunately, we were luckily enough to be able to drop by again to retrive our item. Communication could have been better. Nonetheless, if you don't loose any items, the hotel is very recommendable.

The location was great. 35 mins from Orlando International Airport. 30 minutes to Coco Beach. The hotel is brand new, so everything was clean and updated. I like the layout of the rooms and the walk in shower. Breakfast was great, had a lot of options, and the coffee was even better!

Trying to get refunded for one night after booking through booking.com has been quite the challenge. The hotel was supposed to respond to Booking so I could get refunded. I have had to call both parties multiple times to get this taken care of. As of right now, I am still waiting for a refund. That being said, I do appreciate that both the hotel and booking allowed me to check out one night early, it has just been quite a challenge to get the refund completed.

Room is efficient, the soap dispenser for sink and shower are brilliant. Breakfast was both portable and tasty to grab and get back on the road. The staff were exceptional.

Twice I have traveled for business, completing my work in my room. Go to bed at 11 and then back out the next day. Twice I asked for a quiet room on a high floor. Each time I was put on the second floor. The last visit the person next door was banging late at night and again in AM. I rolled with it, but, in the future, it would be nice to have room requests honored.

The hotel is wonderful. Clean, bright, and inviting. Accommodations were awesome. Nicely decorated and well thought out. Very comfortable bed and a spacious shower.

Issue with a Little League team throwing a baseball on the parking lot near our new car. Parents were drunk and not watching what their kids were doing. Had a verbal altercation with one of the parents who threatened to beat me up.

I was very happy with this hotel, very clean, and close to everything… shopping, gas, restaurants, and banks.. It was very affordable as well. I stayed here the night before our cruise out of Port Caneveral 20mins away but worth the drive. Park at shuttle station to get on cruise ship. Also love the free breakfast.

There wasn’t anything I could complain about…

The staff is the real highlight here. I didn't get a name but the women who handled breakfast service is phenomenal and friendly. Housekeeping does a great job and the place is extremely clean. It's also very nice to have a 24/7 coffee station downstairs.

The towels and toiletries are quite rough. The place is very new so this is probably just a temporary thing.

Awesome!!! Great Pool, very intetested in making sure guests are free of any containment. Things individually wrapped, not a lot of things to be washed, disposed of instead. Flooring is not rugs, much more sanitary. Staff, each and every one very willing to help and be sure your stay was pleasing..Definitely, will stay again!

all staff members very friendly. very clean. nice coffee station. good selection for grab and go breakfast. this is a nice hotel for anyone working out of town.

no microwave in the room. they do have one downstairs. they have efficiency lights in the bathroom. they would shut off during a shower. it took me slamming the shower door to turn back on.
