The location was perfect for our needs. Having several restaurants and food options so close was a huge plus! The staff were great and very accommodating. The breakfasts were pretty good, with a great rotation of food options every morning, so you didn't feel like you were eating the same food everyday. The room was good sized, with TONS of storage and space for all our personal items.

There was only one washer and dryer for laundry in the hotel. It would have been nice to have several to use. Especially since you could only fill the washer halfway...it made doing laundry more time consuming. We were staying for a tournament nearby and HAD to wash team jerseys almost every evening of our stay....as were several other people. There was always a line of people trying to get their stuff washed. Ultimately we ended up taking our clothing to a nearby laundromat instead. It isn't a make or break complaint....it just would be more convenient to stay and do our laundry at the hotel.

Comfortable room, including the bed. Excellent quality coffee and tea available in the breakfast area, and the variety of included breakfast food was really good too; including fried egg, sausage, hash brown, fruit, cereal, breads, yogurt etc

Despite the hotel undergoing some renovations on the 3rd floor which meant the laundry service was unavailable, there wasn’t too much wrong with this hotel at all; just the water pressure was a bit on the low side in the bathroom, especially for the sink.

super easy to find, exit off 95, turn right, turn right, there it is-complete with a Mobile gas station right at the light! very helpful. There’s no wait for the hot water in the sink or shower! Very good window shade to completely block the light. The microwave has fine tuning adjustments to perfectly nuke your food or beverage. Plenty of room in the bathroom for 2 people to get ready. Lots of soft towels readily available. Can park in the back or the front and be equally close to the elevators and lobby. Didn’t get to investigate fitness center or breakfast and very nice that they were available. Super nice helpful front desk people, especially Michelle.

Beds a bit hard and blanket a bit scratchy. Fridge/freezer turned off during the nite and none of the food or ice packs for traveling were cold anymore.

We love the location. It is right at the Interstate and also close to my son and his family who live there. We always enjoy the breakfast selection when we stay; however, the shortage of food had an impact on everyone that week and I know that was out of the hotel's control. Delivery did come in the day before we left for selections were much better the next morning.

I really don't think I could an answer here. Staff at the front desk was always friendly when coming in and out. There was always cleaning staff in the halls who were very helpful. I love having the laundry room on site.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We were greeted when we were coming in and when we left. We let them know when we needed the room cleaned and we left and by the time we came back everything was clean and the kids even enjoyed that on top of the hotel blankets they had put the blankets they brought from home. We have enjoyed staying at Hampton Inns in the past and will continue to do so.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

beautiful and clean. most of all Michelle at the front desk was amazing. nicest lady and helped me with all of my requests. she is excellent at her job with a heart of gold. would return just because of her. thanks for such a great stay.

The breakfast was good. There should be more variety items like, bacon, ham and cut up fresh fruit.

Close to the interstate and other shopping venues.

The toilet in the rooms are extremely low to the floor. Need to have toilets slightly higher to accommodate all sizes and disabilities.

We were extremely happy with our stay here. In fact we extended our visit for a second night. Restaurants were close. Excellent breakfast on site. They are doing some remodeling but no noise nor issues for us.

Location. Perfect right off of 95 North and down the street from family. Breakfast was delicious 😋
