Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Melbourne Viera Town Center

I travel here to visit with my elderly parents. the hotel is 2 miles from their house. it is centrally located. restaurants, shopping, groceries are all close by as in across the street. the property is new and very clean, beds comfortable and the staff is very nice. they also have a little snack area where you can purchase water and other beverages. they also have a causal tiki bar out on their patio. they have a small gym and laundry facilities.

they serve breakfast but mostly packaged items. it would be nice if they offered a few healthier items like fruit or protein smoothies or shakes. the coffee could be better. if they had great coffee it would make my day.

The location is great if you want to be close to the Baseball complex and food options.

To have the name suites attached to your name I was shocked at the size of the room. The pictures when booking are deceiving once you see the actual room size. The complimentary breakfast is only oatmeal (you make yourself), fruit cup or packaged bagel. There was no protein or hot breakfast like other hotels. And if you arrived to breakfast after 9am they were completely out of everything. I understand we are still taking covid precautions but other local hotels still offered a prepackaged hot breakfast. To pay over $300 a night (we stayed 4 nights) the only positive from our stay was the location to the baseball complex. We had other families stay 15 minutes away at other chain hotels and had better amenities for half the cost of us. Not sure I will book at a Fairfield again.

The location for this hotel was great as I have family in both directions from the hotel. It is within walking distance of shopping and dining, close by aera attractions and entertainment, and only a 15-minute drive to the beaches.

The breakfast was less than desirable. Specifically, the turkey sausage patties were downright distasteful. The rest of the breakfast was okay, but very basic: prepackaged bagels, yogurt, cereals, and fresh fruit.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was decorated for Easter which was such a cute homey touch. The staff was really nice from check in to the cleaning staff in the halls. The breakfast choices were really good.

There was a strange poorly patched hole in the wall bybthe bathtub. Doesn't make a difference to the comfort, it just doesn't match the rest.

The staff are super nice and accommodating to all your needs. The facilities are pretty decent as well. They have the gym, the pool, and a little bar area outside by the pool. The gym is a little small but I expected nothing less than the few machines and dumbbell rack they had there. Sleeping in the rooms wasn’t as bad as I thought. With covid I still wiped everything down and sprayed some disinfectant and they don’t send cleaning ladies to the room unless you specifically request it. The location was great. Right by the town center, there was restaurant galore. Many food selections in this area, it would be hard to find something you don’t like. We had Thai food and smoothies one day, McDonald’s and Chili’s the next. All in all, great place. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that bothered me were the breakfast selections and how loud the doors are when they close. The breakfast is a grab and go type breakfast, and it is understandable due to covid but some fresh fruits or even someone working a waffle maker would be nice. The doors to the rooms are heavy and it shows when they close. If you have neighbors that come in late at night, you’ll soon enough know.

Breakfast was limited but sufficient for what we needed for our trip. Great location and super friendly staff who made the stay very enjoyable

Location was great! Near shops and other eating establishment. Beautiful surrounding areas. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Wish we had a longer stay.

The picture on the tv in the bedroom was partly clear on one half, yet dark and scambled with multicolors on the other half.

There was a line at check-in, but the lady was extremely fast and it was gone in no time! Plenty of parking places a good selection of restaurants across the road

very modern, spacious and clean room, friendly and helpful staff (they helped me to extend my stay right-away), very good location for trips to the beaches and Cape Canaveral, good selection of dining options close-by

Super clean and brand new. The room was huge with a large, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. I prefer when hotels don’t use individual bottles for soap and shampoo and this hotel had large bottles in the shower which is more environmentally friendly.
