The staff was great and answered all of our questions. An additional option was offered to let us leave our vehicle on the property while we were on our cruise and use a direct to the port shuttle service, which not only lessened the pressure of driving to the port but saved us money on the parking at the dock. I would recommend this hotel for a lot of reasons but if you are cruising from Port Canaveral it is the one I would use.

I can not think of a thing that needed to be changed.

The CS Waffles Restaurant is a great addition to the hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast on Sunday Morning greatly. Would recommend it to others with no hesitation.

The room I was in didn't have multiple outlets to charge my electronic devices, which was a minus. Toilet bowl flushed slowly, and the room felt smaller than what I'm used to. Other than those drawbacks, the room was cheap. Only paid $109 for a 1 night stay...Good Value!

Front desk staff was great; personable and friendly. The attached waffle house was excellent, and had that small town appeal.

Rooms were pretty dirty, food wrappers behind the night stand. Dirt build up in the corners of the bathroom. Humid with a solid mildew smell when you walk in. You get what you pay for. I didn't see any bugs, and the beds were clean, so we didn't let it phase us for the one night.

Clean & the staff was wonderful. Great location for Crusie terminal at Cape Canaveral sailings. Only about 11 miles from terminal. Breakfast at the restaurant attached rivals a 5 star restaurant. They offered a discount coupon which was great. It is an older by the sea property & looks as expected for the price but it was clean & beds are comfortable. Good choice for affordable over night stay for cruise out of the cape.

It does have a pool but it needed some attention.

Staff were lovely polite and very helpful. Cheap and cheerful. Exactly what we needed for a short stay. The bedding and towels were clean.

Its not that we disliked anything, but don't expect the Ritz. Its an old hotel hasn't been updated since the 70's. Smells damp, carpets need a good clean and there hasn't been a good clean in the rooms for quite a while. But for the price we paid we knew it wouldn't be anything out of this world. More like Bates motel. Don't let it put you off for a cheap stay over.

The room was large enough to work in. Enjoyed having a table with chairs and an extra chair to work in. comfy beds, nice pool, good cost. the cleaning staff were so friendly

there was no outdoor accommodations for the room. it would have been nice to have chairs to sit outside, we took room chairs for dinning outside. toilet water kept running

Friendly staff. However they neglected to mention that there was a shuttle available for transportation to the cruise port, This is critical since a shuttle is way cheaper than a taxi. Also as I found out in Cocoa, not all Cocoa taxis are allowed to take passengers to Port Canaveral.

rooms had a almost moldy smell. refrigerator door rusted on bottom. Our room did not get cleaned after first night stay, we had to ask for clean towels at desk.

The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was amazing.

The top the of the dresser in front where the tv is, it was stained with rings, the carpet look like it was never cleaned, constructions was going on while I was there I’m sure that’s a coincidence. They said they don’t expect cats but I have pic of a cat roaming around the property like it lived there.

Great location close to cruise port. A few restaurants close by. The ground were clean and well taken care of. The pool area was super nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
