The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We did not hear any outside noise which is always a plus for a good night sleep. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff was very helpful, and the service was quick. We paid a little extra for breakfast to be included and it was worth it. The morning desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We had to wait awhile for any desk staff to show up to check us in. It was not late - about 7 PM. The bartender from the adjoining lounge called to us that she would be right there but when no one came after 10 minutes, they went on their own to find her. When she arrived, she offered no apology for the wait and was a bit short with us as if we were bothering her. Did not set the best tone for the stay but after that service greatly improved.

Very good. I stayed during Hurricane Nicole. The staff was overwhelmed by another property's guests coming over to eat. The entire staff pitched in and dealt with a difficult situation with a positive helpful attitude and professionalism.

I think a pet friendly facility needs to have a flooring that is not carpet. I think it would empower your housekeeping staff in their responsibilities and add to the hygiene of the rooms.

Very clean and the staff was very polite.

There's was only 1 thing I didn't like. We had to pay before we stay. It's always been that we had to put the card on file, and pay after we stayed. Then we had to still pay a $50 fee. Which suposse to be returned to our card.

The hotel was in a great spot for everything we needed. Especially Brevard Zoo which was within walking distance. Lot's of stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms were excellent and roomy. Reception staff were so polite and friendly. The hotel pool was also very nice

My only gripe was that the air conditioning was a bit too noisy. But I am a light sleeper so maybe I noticed it more

Breafast were deliciuos, we stayed 5 nights and tried almost all options, staff is very friendly , nice pool, big parking, mc donald just a minute away, comfort beds

Maroon was clean the stuff was excellent the front desk was so friendly the food was good I just love everything about Holiday inn

There's nothing that I didn't like is there something I didn't like I didn't like the idea of that it was time for me to go.

I was put in a handicap room and when taking a shower the water ran on the entire floors After a few days they gave me a better room.But overall a good stay.

location was ideal for us flying home the next day from Melbourne Airport.

There was an awful rotten fish like stench on the 5th floor where we were located initially. the hotel said they had just had the carpets on that floor cleaned and moved us to another floor which was better, but there is definitely an issue with the 5th floor.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. Always with a big smile. Location was perfect, near supermarket, chopping mall and restaurants.

the room was not quite clean the bathroom either.

Timing was not good for me. Slept in late. Had to make sure the times were right. Everyday was a different time.

only one waitress. Tired of hearing about short-staffed wherever I go.
