My hubby and I chose Hampton inn great location in deland due to we both don't drive.So being close to places to shop,eat ,and take transit bus service votran bus was important .it's just nice to have a nice clean hotel and friendly atmosphere is always nice. Rooms were cleaned always got trash out and towels every morning was a plus

The breakfast. Issues I have dairy issues and the milk wasn't lactose free milk For future add dairy free milk for guest with dairy issues. The meats The sausage taste to porky The bacon to greasy but good The eggs western omelets had cheese so I couldn't eat them and they looked good. The milk please for the future add lactose free for guest who can't have dairy products The juices were ok only issues is I can't do orange juice and cranberry juice was om Future please add fruit punch or something.

Staff is what makes this hotel the gem in Deland. Breakfast is always good. Guests are always friendly. Hotel is quiet! And someone is always shining the place up! Thank you all!!!!

Nothing except, I saw a hotel worker filling up their water bottle that they just drank out of from the OJ dispensary by sticking the tip into the water bottle. Covid has made us all more aware. I suggested they get a cup for sanitary purposes. A guest thanked me.

Location was pretty good, close to restaurants - not within walking distance, but a short drive. King room was a very nice size, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard fair.

A dog was howling in a room nearby and was annoying - I assume the owner left it there while they were doing something else in the hotel... Thankfully, it wasn't doing so all night.

Acommodations were great. Beds were comfy. They got us pack n play when they did not have any extras. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms were not cleaned daily. I know they must have a hard time finding help, but that is our only complaint. We understood that must be the reason. It's nice for the beds to be made daily.

Clean room with good ventilation, refrigerator, comfortable beds. The included breakfast bar was good, with a lot of choices. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No non-dairy options at the breakfast bar. Soap in bathroom was liquid dispenser on the wall.

Friendly, helpful front desk. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Cold ac. Slept sound. Pool area was also very clean. Breakfast was good. Great variety. Waffles, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, potatoes, meat, muffins, juices, coffee and more.

Very clean and quiet I mean the staff was attentive during the GREAT breakfast hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

I had the king studio I would have been nice to have jacuzzi tub🤷‍♀️

The staff was great and the location was great!

The walls were so thin that I could hear the baby next door crying throughout the night. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located; clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

No complaints at all.

To start, the receptionist at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, she was very friendly and kind. The rooms were very very spacious, a lot bigger than we expected. It was my best friends birthday and they even left her a hand written card and snacks. The breakfast was better than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at, I just wish there was a meat options such as bacon or sausage. To top it all off they allowed us a late check out two hours later, well worth the money spent!

My only downside of this experience is that there was a little piece of black long hair in the mini fridge, it didn’t bother me much but it did make me think that the fridge was not cleaned. Other than that this hotel was perfect.
