This location was beautiful and extremely clean. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything feels Brand New. There is no worn out quality to this place at all. My only tiny gripe is that our king suite had a barn style door for the bathroom. If someone is standing in the hallway, they can look into the bathroom, so if you’re going to stay in a room with one of those doors, make sure it’s with someone you are very comfortable with! They also didn’t lock. Other than that the room is gorgeous and impeccably clean.

I did not like the barn style door on the bathroom. It did not lock, and if you were standing in the hallway, you could look into the bathroom. Even with the door closed. Honestly, I would still stay here again don’t want other people to know in case they were staying with someone they are not as comfortable with seeing on the toilet.

hotel space still somewhat difficult to find since the Hurricane, but facility was very well maintained.

unfortunately I had left some clothes in the room. we stopped back at the property and asked if they had found them when servicing the room after our stay. unfortunately the staffer on duty did not have access to their “lost and found”…still hopeful to recover garments before we leave the area on Saturday. TBD

The property was really beautifully finished. It was spacious and very comfortable. Lots of great features and facilities. The toiletries were nice to use in the fab shower. Very comfortable beds too.

The breakfast wasn’t great, but that’s it really.

Nice pool, size of the room, vibe of the hotel is nice, good breakfast. The manager seems to be doing a good job running the place smootly.

No balcony, although the patio area is very spacious and can be used for eating, hanging out. The windows cannot be opened. Few of the receptionists are pretty unfriendly.

The brand new hotel with a friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious and it was really different from the others 3 star hotels. The rooms are sound proof and we didn’t hear anything from the outside.

The bathroom door was broken but they offered to fix it right away.

The breakfast was Great. Many choices to eat. the waffles tasted SO good. The staff were So Friendly and Helpful. Matt the manager Allways had a nice smile. Haley could not be more accommodating. lounge chairs at the pool need to have cushions put on them. Hilton needs to install outdoor security cameras. My car was damaged when someone placed something on the hood. Not the hotels fault, but outdoor cams would have showed who that person was.

breakfast is always the same everyday need something different and the beds was horrible woke up with back pains beds so soft are worn out need better beds

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The manager was very friendly and interacted with the guests.

I have nothing bad or negative to say about our stay with this hotel.

The front desk staff was super friendly when we checked in around 1AM. We found the room to be clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was your standard hotel meal with a decent selection.

For short stays, this is one of the places (best price-value) you can get in Naples. Helpful staff, almost brand-new location, very decent breakfast, very nice pool for a quick splash — comfortable rooms with little kitchen corner.
